My dear brothers and sisters, I am lost in an essay which I need to submit, 25-12-2009, I barely even started as I casn't seem to find some information.
Could you please help find some information on the following questions.

Compare between two (PH) branches.
Discuss and analyze its serivces and products.
Illustrate your argument with references to Pizza Hut literature,interviews with pizza Hut branch manager and clients.
Describe a typical PH i your area.

Describe a typical PH i your area.

If you don’t know what your typical PH is like in your area you could make something up.

I’d use the following areas:
First impressions,
How quickly you were seated
How friendly the waiters were
Food availability (Also note the time of day)
How long for your food/drinks to be served
How clean was the restaurant
Overall how satisfied you were

I hope that helps, for comparisions I would type " Pizza hut comparision" into google or pizza hut review.
