I've been requested by a member to a reminder on respect and honor.

We are all equals here, no matter of social status, ethnicity, age, etc. We are all seekers of the truth, and on those basis, we should not be judging anyone, whether it is through PM or directly through posts. Knowledge and truth cannot be attained without opening ourselves up in humility.

So please, respect the other members and honor them regardless of what they say. Make Dua for them and if you debate with them, do so in a kind and gentle fashion. You don't need to bark like a dog or bray like a donkey at them. They are no less human than you.

There is an Arabic proverb... "Like how you deal, you will be dealt."

Perhaps we can use this thread to also ponder that proverb.

English saying, "Put yourself in someone else's shoes". Jazak'Allah Khayran for the reminder.
