I feel as if Allah doesn't want me to worship him and has put a veil over my heart so I don't get any satisfaction from worshipping him imsad I go to sleep having read isha and the next day my attitude has totally changed, I feel like not praying it's so strange how my mind set just changes over night.

then I struggle to pray for ages I even make wudu and as I'm about to do it, it feels as if something pulls me away from it imsad

I feel as if it takes alot of energy out of me to pray and I don't understand why, I never used to be like this.

After striving and managing to pray and feeling it's sweetness the next day the feeling to pray completely goes :hmm:

like today I woke up for fajar, prayed fajar went back to sleep then I woke up and did not want to pray at all

but when I slept I felt happy that I woke up for fajar and intended to pray all the prayers that day and I was really eager to do it but something happened when I woke up and the desire completely went :hmm:

I think Allah does not want me to worship him and he is angry with me or something imsad I feel like my heart is dead and I don't feel love anymore for anything imsad

:sl: it is your own nafs(desires) that is not wanting you to pray. You continue to strive against against your nafs. You also need to develop Khushoo(Pray whilst imagining Allah infront of you) in prayer and whilst doing good deeds. This will enable you to imagine seeing Allah whilst your praying instead of praying without imagining Allah.

Here are some brilliant ways to develop Khushu in prayer but know that it is not an overnight process but that it is a process which takes a while to master but you will get there inshallah:

33 Ways of Developing Khushoo' in Salaah

http://www.islamicawakening.com/view...p?articleID=2&

You also need to learn knowledge of Islam as knowledge increases imaan. We are all on a constant battle with our imaans so you are not alone but you must continue striving.

I would recommend you spend time with the pious and learned people and get involved with Islamic activities aswell as halaqa's, talks and increase the amount of time you spend learning about Islam. So read more books and listen to more lectures. Also listen to Qur'an recitation and read Tafsir of the Qur'an.

Our imaan is always going up and down and imaan can leave the body as quickly as water leaves a bottle when it is tipped over so you need to remember Allah and worship him as much as you can and imagine as though you can see him or at elast that he can see you. If you imagine this then you will have more sincerety in prayer and whilst doing good deeds and this will keep your imaan at a constant level inshallah.

Whatever you do NEVER give up hope as this is what shaythan wants you to do as he is your enemy and is wanting to decieve you into thinking that it is Allah who is not wanting you to worship him when in fact it is shaythan and your nafs working together to weaken you in worship. But strive and fight and you will overcome this test. Without being tested we will never be able to go close to Allah.

Without being tested we will remain with a lot of sin so tests are an expiation os sin aswell as being a means of GREAT rewards. So strive against your nafs and repel the whispers of shaythan by constant rememberance of Allah and one of the best recommendations of all CONSTANTLY THINK OF DEATH AND THE HEREAFTER WHEN YOU WILL STAND IN FRONT OF ALLAH!

Don't get fooled by shaythan for he is wanting to confuse you and mess with your head. Imaging Allah infront of you everytime you pray for he is watching your every move. Imagine Allah watching you as you remember and glorify him. Imagine Allah watching you as you recite his perfect and beautiful words in the Qur'an. Always imagine him watching you because he is actually watching your everymove.

Strive against your nafs and fight and repel the whispers of shaythan. Shaythan can only whisper for he has no control over you but you are the one in control and you can get through this stronger and more closer to Allah!

Ok, lessen, you should not wait for desire to make prayer. try to pray whether you want it or not then after some time you will love making prayer and you will feel yourself more close to Allah. Our Imaan grows up and increases by work : ibadah and dua. It's natural that you start with a low level of Imaan; but your imaan will be more strong as long as you make prayer.

No, Allah doesn't hate you. Allah don't even hate the kuffars : he give them rizq and good livelyhood, and help them when they are in hardship. Allah love you but he want you to take the right way and to do the right decision, so you can meet him in the hereafter and get your price : the jannah.

Please don't give up, even if you don't have the desire to make prayer, you have to make some effort to strengthen your faith.

And a little advice from your brother : try to have a good muslim company (muslim friends) with you, It will help you so much.

And keep making posts so we can know how you're feeling. May Allah help you.

I've felt the same. Tried to make dua, but don't feel like Allah can hear me. "Dark night of the soul" it's called, and is said to rarely occur in people. It's all jihad, jihad an-nafs, internal warfare, jihad ash-shaytan, and jihad Allah, struggling with God.

Advice can help you, but the hard work you have to do for yourself, no one can help you inside your heart but you and Allah.

May Allah hear you, satisfy your soul in his remembrance, restore and increase your Eeman. Ameen.

Every bad things is from the shatan and subhaalah having bad thought toward Allah is not good.Secondly everything has action has it's own consequences. Why do you think Allah created you? Allah created us cuz of his worship and i'm 100 sure he wouldn't let you donw if you put your turst in him.I my self expereince something like this and i realise this was my own fault and the sins i did and when i ask Allah for help he help me insteade of plaming him.I'm not try to make you fell guilty or anything but we have to remember we are human being and we make mistake and the best sinner is the one who repent. There are really good books that can help you purify your hear .I reccemonded you to read these 2 book 1)the diseases of the hear and it's cure By Shaykhul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah http://www.kalamullah.com/Books/Dise...ir%20Cures.pdf

2)purification of the soul and you can read from this website..................http://www.kalamullah.com/Books/Puri...nOfTheSoul.pdf

Say: O My servants who have transgressed against their own souls, despair not of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surah az-Zumar 39:53)
"Indeed, no one despairs of relief from Allah except the disbelieving people. (Surah Yusuf 12:87)

"O son of Adam, as long as you call upon Me and put your hope in Me, I have forgiven you for what you have done and I do not mind. O son of Adam, if your sins were to reach the clouds of the sky and then you would seek My forgiveness, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, if you were to come to Me with sins that are close to filling the earth and then you would meet Me without ascribing any partners with Me, I would certainly bring to you forgiveness close to filling it."

Remember shatan is our really enemy and he is the only onbe who try to prevent the worship of Allah so we end up with him in the hellfire.

Ibn Al-Qayyim said with regards to what one should do to cure his weak Iman using the Quran, "First you should remove your heart from the life of this world and settle it in the Last Life. Then, pay your full attention to pursuing the meanings of the Quran, and try to comprehend and understand them and what they were sent down to accomplish. Then, offer these meanings to the sickness that your heart feels, and when they touch the disease, they will cure the heart, Allah willing."
