Asalamu alikum Wa Rehmatullahi Wa Barakatuh!

I'm very busy nowadays but found it extremely difficult to hold this news back any longer!

The people of Kirghistan have thrown their government in dump (to where it belongs). Thousands of angry people took to the streets yesterday and attacked the parliament and government owned places. About 100 dear Muslim brothers have been perished in this process. But they didn't die alone. They took their Foreign Minister with them. The President has run away to some unknown place to save his life and the Prime Minister has given his resignation!

The Kirghistanis, tired of the increasing poverty and prevailing inflation wanted to end up further injustice. The atrocious crimes of the government left them no option but to take law in their hand! The opposition party grew so strong that finally the people were able to gather together under one banner which aimed directly at the destruction of the existing government.

Our poor Kirghistani Muslim brothers had to suffer a lot. The so called “democratic government” was nothing but a disguised form of dictatorship! The leaders were indulged in extremely hideous crimes like corruption, in which they would keep filling their bank accounts with the Halal and hardly earned money of the poor civilians. They won’t even spend a penny on these people. So at last, the Justice of Almighty has come into action. The people have taken full control over the government. The opposition which incited these people has established its rule for a period of 6 months. Now lets hope that whatever happens, it must be in these Muslim brothers’ favor. Keep your fingers crossed!

This event has much in common with the events which took place in my country. The anger of the people of both countries was the same; the infinite reasons (e.g. corruption of the rulers, poverty etc) for such a demonstration, the same. Both countries’ people completely abhor their pathetic rulers (for they took oath to serve us rather than to sit on our heads and starve us all! I spit on them!) Once Pakistanis have done such huge demonstrations (when we wanted our chief justice of Pakistan to be given back his position and job) and I think that we are not at all afraid to repeat this history again! But I want an Evolution rather than a Revolution as Revolutions have always been accompanied by great sacrifices, at the cost of many lives!

May the blood of Kirghistani brothers don’t go waste! Salute to their sacrifices and salute to their revolution!

This reminds me of one of my favorite poems of “Faiz”.:statisfie It’s really touching! Describes my emotions actually; describes us! You can read it below if you want. It has an English translation with it (but of course the real scrumptious taste and beauty of the poem is only in Urdu.)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hum Dekhain Gay
We shall see
Lazim Hai ke hum Bhi Dekhain Gay
It is necessary that we shall also see
Woh Din ke Jis ka Wadah Hai
That day which has been promised
Jo Loh-e-Azl pe Likha hai
Which is written with God’s ink
Hum Dekhain Gay
We shall see
Jab Zulm-o-Sitam ke Koh-e-garaan
When the mountains of cruelty and torture
Ruii ki Tarah Urd Jain Gay
Will fly like pieces of cotton
Hum Mehkumoon ke Paun Talay
Under the feet of the governed
Yeh Dharti Dhard Dhard Dhardkay gi
This earth will quake
Aur Ehl-e-Hukum ke Sar Uper
And over the head of the ruler
Jab Bijli kard Kard Kardke gi
When lightening will thunder
Hum Dekhain Gay
We shall see
Jab Arz-e-Khuda ke kabay se
When from God’s Mecca
Sab but Uthwaaiy Jain gay
All the idols will be shattered
Hum Ehl-e-Safa Mardood-e-Haram
Us people standing in the mosque
Masnad pe Bithaaiy jain gay
Will be elevated to a higher platform
Sab Taaj Uchalay jain gay
All the crowns will be tossed
Sab Takht Giraaiy Jain gay
All the thrones will be toppled
Bas Naam rahay Ga Allah ka
Then only God’s name will remain
Jo Ghayab Bhi hai Hazir Bhi
Who is both absent and present
Jo nazir bhi hai manzar bhi
Who is both the observer and the view itself
Uthay ga Analhaq ka Naara
When the anthem of truth will be raised
Jo Main bhi Hun aur Tumbhi ho
Who I am and you are as well
Aur Raaj karay gi khalq-e-Khuda
And the people of God will reign
Jo main bhi hun aur tum bhi ho
Who I am and you are as well
Hum Dekhain Gay
We shall see
Lazim Hai ke hum Bhi Dekhain Gay
It is necessary that we shall also see
Hum Dekhain Gay
We shall see

The Krygistani government was an authotarian disaster that did nothing for its people and everything against its people. I say, good on these people for overthrowing their useless dictators!

But the revolution seems to have been motivated by the Marxists. My Marxist Muslim friend posted this news on facebook with the comment "next turn Pakistan ... hopefully." He is a socialist of course and I could have never imagined when he was with me from grade 1 till Fsc that my friend would turn out to be a die-hard socialist.

Unfortunately, it looks rather as if the new one won't be much different, other than taking its orders from Moscow rather than Washington. Let's see if six months actually means six months, and whether the people were 'incited' for their own benefit or that of those doing the 'inciting'.

Asalamu Alikum Wa Rehmatullahi Wa Barakatuh!

Thank you sooooo much brother Supreme, brother mad_scientist and brother Tumble for your replies!:statisfie

And I’m also very grateful to the other brothers and sisters who gave this thread a look.:statisfie

Also that yesterday, I forgot to request you people to make Dua for the Kirghistani brothers who have been badly injured the day before yesterday. If I am right, about 120 of them are admitted in hospitals.

And PLEASE do recite Surah Fatiah and Surah Ikhlas to bless the reward to the souls of brothers who have died. May the REHMAN, Al-RAHIM forgive them. They suffered a lot in this world……so may ALLAH forgive them in the Hereafter… and that when (if by ALLAH’s will) we enter into Paradise, we see their shinning faces and glittering eyes staring back at us, smiling at us…

It gives me great grief when I look at the Muslim Ummah now. How everywhere innocent Muslims are being murdered or killed. We Muslims are no more united! Discrete groups with their own devised set of beliefs we have become now! The oceans of Mercy and Compassion we once used to have in our hearts for each other have completely dried. The love has evaporated, leaving our hearts barren.

Why don’t we pay any heed to the golden ahadith of our beloved Prophet?
My Peer-e-Kamal, the Mercy for the world said:

“The believers are like a single man; if his eye is affected he is affected, and if his head is affected he is all affected”.

The Holy Quran has called us a single brotherhood in Surah 49, Verse 10.

Today we see Muslims everywhere afflicted with pain, trouble, injustice, oppression etc. We Muslims have no worth left in this world. So now is the time to realize the value of unity; to become once again an Ummah which our beloved Prophet wanted us to be!

May Allah ease up our difficulties!

“…Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error; our Lord! Lay not on us a burden like that which Thou didst lay on those before us; Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector; help us against those who stand against faith.”
(Al-Quran, Surah 2, Verse 286)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“…Our Lord! Not for naught hast Thou created (all) this! Glory to Thee! Give us salvation from the penalty of the Fire.

Our Lord! Any whom Thou dost admit to the Fire, truly Thou coverest with shame, and never will wrongdoers find any helpers!

Our Lord! We have heard the call of one calling (us) to Faith, ‘Believe ye in the Lord’, and WE HAVE BELIEVED. Our Lord! Forgive us our sins, blot out from us our iniquities, and take to Thyself our souls in the company of the righteous.

Our Lord! Grant us what Thou didst promise unto us through Thy Messengers, and save us from shame on the Day of Judgement; for Thou never breakest Thy promise!”
(Al-Quran, Surah 3, Verses 191-194)

I think you right, this is a Marxist revolution not Islamic.

The revolution leader, Roza Otunbayeva was a caretaker in Communist party. And maybe she doesn't believe in God.
