Enjoy Your Life | Sheikh Dr. Muhammad 'Abd Al-Rahaman Al-'Arifi

This is an exquisite collection of incidents from the life of the Prophet (S), stories from our Islamic Heritage, and thought-provoking anecdotes from the life of the author.

The aim of the book is to train the reader to enjoy living his life by practicing various self-development and inter-personal skills.

What is so compelling and inspiring about this book is that, in order to highlight the benefit of using social skills, the author draws from the lives of the Prophet (S) and his Companions.

This book is both a practical systematic guide to self-improvement and a treasure trove of historical incidents. It increases self-awareness, whilst nurturing the soul and strengthening the spirit.

The book's author is a prominent figure in the field of Islamic Da'wah and has authored more than twenty published works.

Asalam Alykum,

VERY beneficial book ! I take it with me where ever I go and its never boring.. A must read by all muslims.
I used to a play a game with this book lol, because its divided into very small chapters, id keep it in front of me, as in the pages could be opened to right and left.. Face of the book facing on the right. Id then open a random page and Subhanallah the topic that would come in front would be exactly what I would want to read.

Just sharing.

I hope everyone is having a good Ramadhan.

A wonderful book, no doubt. Many of the things mentioned in the book we already practise, but there a many other skills which we need to inculcate. The real-life, modern examples in the book are excellent for light reading and the examples from the prophet’s life are very deep and evoke emotion at times. The book also teaches us that life has loads of lessons that we should learn from. The translation is also quite excellent Masha Allah! You will never regret reading this book..
