The irony is that if the people at the low end just stop doing their job, the whole corporation ceases functioning. If the people at the high end stopped, then the boat will keep floating.
Yet, the people at the low end are treated with no respect and are exploited for everything the corporation can get out of them. Work them as much as they can, while paying them as little as possible.:hiding: Meanwhile, the people at the high end are pretty much free to do whatever they wish and maintain authority over the actual production people. Go to work today? meh, think I'll go on vacation as long as the little guy is doing the work.
Oh well, need the money. Alhamdulilah
Asalaamu Alaikum Wr Wb, we all know how you feel my brother but unfortunatley that is how organisations work. Those with less skills and responsibility get less pay and that is because they are easier to replace. Recruiting lower level workers is much easier than recruiting top level managers. Top level managers have a lot more responsibility and skills and are therefore much harder to replace costing the organisation a lot more money on recruitment.
However there is dissproportionate pay levels between managers and lower level workers, more so in some organisations than others but it is to the benefit of organisations that they make lower level workers feel part of the organisation and give them better level of renumeration and benefits. But pay is not the only motivator at work there is also work-life balance and other issues.
Whatever happens let us turn to Allah and ask of him to increase our sustainance and to help us spend it in his path. It is better to have less than more because the more we have the more we will be accountable on the day of reckoning.
and Allah knows best in all matters.
