What a sad world we live in.

This is on the MSN UK homepage today:

This is supposedly freedom, dignity and respect for women: an item to be dumped and advice to men on how to dump them.

Thank Allah for giving us Islam, the way of life that bestows true honour and dignity on women. Alhamdulillah.

But they are LIBERATED. They get to do porn, wear skimpy clothing, promote all sorts of products using their bodies, work as strippers and prostitutes. LIBERATION!!.imsad

Salaam... thank you so much sister.... indeed we are heading towards imbalance, rather than balance.... rather i say the News Article should have said... "If you love your Girl friend, or if you like some one get Married rather than have illegitimate relation with them, so there can be respect for each other."... as we can see the gf/bf relation ship can be broken by the other at any time, without any respect for the other....

I saw this after I closed my email. I could not help but laugh at it. This is just sad, indeed.

It really is a sad state of affairs. The worst thing is they say Islam oppresses women. Yeah right!

They even have articles on how to cheat without getting caught. :-\

Oh and by the way, it was written by a private eye who was suppose to catch cheaters in the first place! They worship only money.

MSN again, this is on today's homepage:

Yet if Muslim women dress to please Allah rather than any human being, it can be such a problem!

Sister, ignore it. Whenever you log out of MSN, Quickly close the tab before it loads to the main page..(you will be signed out) or if you want to sign back in after logging out, Go to history (Mozilla Firefox) and click 'sign in' which will take you right back to the sign in page

This is my solution to avoid these disgusting, shameful and immoral headlines

I have the Quran and it has set the standard, but the irreligious folks have their standards set by big corporations and the most dumbest so called 'experts'

50 ways to do this...50 ways to do that

millions and millions of people are religiously following these guides but what they dont know is , whats provided is just a quick fix with no real solution and when the buzz gets over its back to grim reality.

Alhamdulilah i have my Qur'an they can have their 'OK magazine'

They say that Muslim women are oppressed; we only try to please our Creator. In reality it is they who are so blatantly oppressed by men and try to please men, yet they refuse to acknowledge that and see it as freedom!

Please don't believe we all follow this rubbish. I can't stand magazines and pay no attention to these silly articles.

Although "Egyptian mummy got me pregnant" was the best title to a magazine story I've ever seen. ^_^

Aslaamu`Alaaykum

Subhaan`Allaah i agreee what a sad world we live in!

I agree with brother Syed, if you really like someone how about thinking the "normal" way and getting married for once! Although the western world and the "famous" world thinks marriage is also a joke :-\,you will see many many times how quick they get divorced, i remember a marriage lasting upto 2 weeks and also many that lasted 2 or 3 months :-\

They are those that are misguided and need serious guidance.

May Allaah guide them to the path of the righteous and normal Ameen

Wa`Alaaykum Salaam

I will be plain and straight, please pardon my note if it sounds aggressive.

Well many western women are basically tools of attraction at the moment. Yes they take it as freedom to be cheap, and they wouldn't want to drop this cheapness to follow a path that tells them to stop being naked and start putting on clothes.

Why their marriages don't last? Ahm was that a marriage in the first place? Mostly just zanis with a note saying they are married to each other. So easy to get bored of some dirt and go seeking another. I don't see much difference between them and animals really, only thing is animals are better than them coz animals worship Allah alone and obey Him.

The world we live in? Or the world that we are sinking in when we are supporting such things when we watch their programs or magazines or music or whatever?

I say we need to look back at ourselves and remove the bad in us and then perhaps we will get rescued from Allah's wrath that if He wills, shall come right now and absorb this whole world and replace us all by others who love Him and obey Him in all.

I hope you excuse my strict words but we need to point out the bad in us as well before looking at the bad in others.

As for the others, let them be the way they are, they don't hurt Allah in any way, they only hurt themselves, let them "enjoy" life and one day they shall know inshallah.

This kind of attitude is typical in secular liberal societies so it shouldnt be surprising :(

Heres two articles that illustrate the decadent nature of British society.

and one more

A warning for us all, will we go down the same route?
