salaam alaikum,

1. a muslim who beleives in shahadah goes to dargah to seek the help of dead saints, he will be still a muslim right?

because its an act of shirk as his heart believes that there is only Allah to help him/her.

2. a muslim beleives that alcohol is not haraam. is it kufr or an act of kufr? becoz s/he too beleives in Allah and Last Day.

hope u understood my point.

It is a big problem if we say these type of people they say that there parents used to do the same and their parents were never wrong. Even some of my relatives are so good Mashallah they pray five times prayer and read the Quran and they too have reliance on Allah but then what is the meaning of going to dargah to seek the help of dead saints.
