How is your salah?

Do you read Qur'an often?

How much have you memorised?

What are your interests?

Who is your favourite reciter?

What's your favourite dish? :)

Do you see yourself having an issues with being a woman of the house and performing house duties such as cleaning and cooking?

Do you have male friends who are non mehrams? if so do you plan to carry on speaking with them after marriage? (if she's praticing you obviously don't need to ask this) but many girls have male friends from college/uni and they get anoyed when you ask them to stop speaking with them, they say "what don't you trust me" so it's good to clarify before hand how she views this. If her response is "A'UZU BILLA HOW CAN U EVEN ASK SUCH A THING" YOU'RE SORTED ;D

What are your expectations of a husband?

Brother there's a whole thread on this forum dedicated to the topic of "questions to ask a potential spouse" maybe one of the brothers or sisters can post a link to it for you inshAllah.

:sl:

What do you want to improve about yourself Islamically?

Do you pray/wake up for Fazr?

How many times per day do you pray?

How important do you think it is for women to wear hijab? What about men?

What career path do you plan on taking?

If she works; how much time do you spend at work?

What are the things that you do in your free time?

How much time do you spend watching TV?

What is the thing you most like about yourself?

What is the thing that you do not like about yourself?

:w: These are things best found out especially by the female members of your family, by making friends with the sister and sitting with her family, see how they are, her mum etc. Have some sister to sister conversations. You will find out more about her nature and religious commitment this way, than by your brother asking. :hmm:

This is true actually, this is way better. Try and do this. And her brothers or dad could spend time with your brother also to find out what kind of person he is. This is the best way really I think.
