Eid Salaah Mistakes?

Every year I mess up in my Eid Salaah. This year was the first time I did everything perfectly Alhamdulillah!

Partly because I was following my friend next to me.

Ooh I just saw the moon here, and you went for eid salah :p

Here, the imam tells the way just b4 beginning the salah so that noone messes up.
