How creation started is a big question if you are Hindu , to further complicate this issue the Vedas give different stories on how creation started. For now on , we will look at one of these stories. The Vedic Hymn which we will look upon explains original creation as the result of primeval sacrifice , its not a true blood sacrifice but kind of a distribution , its kind of out of chaos. The primeval man not only produces physical elements of the universe but also the social order , the basis of life in hindu view, the seasons and all. Without devastating any more time, Lets look at the science of Hinduism on creation from the Rig-Veda.
We will be looking at Rig-Veda , Book Number 10 , Hymn Number 90 known as Purusa.
1. A THOUSAND heads hath Purusa, a thousand eyes, a thousand feet.
On every side pervading earth he fills a space ten fingers wide.

2 This Purusa is all that yet hath been and all that is to be;
The Lord of Immortality which waxes greater still by food.

3 So mighty is his greatness; yea, greater than this is Purusa.
All creatures are one-fourth of him, three-fourths eternal life in heaven.

4 With three-fourths Purusa went up: one-fourth of him again was here.
Thence he strode out to every side over what cats not and what cats.

5 From him Viraj was born; again Purusa from Viraj was born.
As soon as he was born he spread eastward and westward o’er the earth.

6 When Gods prepared the sacrifice with Purusa as their offering,
Its oil was spring, the holy gift was autumn; summer was the wood.

7 They balmed as victim on the grass Purusa born in earliest time.
With him the Deities and all Sadhyas and ??is sacrificed.

8 From that great general sacrifice the dripping fat was gathered up.
He formed the creatures of-the air, and animals both wild and tame.

9 From that great general sacrifice ?cas and S?ma-hymns were born:
Therefrom were spells and charms produced; the Yajus had its birth from it.

10 From it were horses born, from it all cattle with two rows of teeth:
From it were generated kine, from it the goats and sheep were born.

11 When they divided Purusa how many portions did they make?
What do they call his mouth, his arms? What do they call his thighs and feet?

12 The Brahman was his mouth, of both his arms was the Rajanya (Warriors = ksatriyas) made.
His thighs became the Vaisya, from his feet the shudra was produced.

13 The Moon was born from his mind, and from his eye the Sun had birth;
Indra and Agni from his mouth were born, and Vayu from his breath.

14 From from his navel came mid-air the sky was fashioned from his head
Earth from his feet, and from his car the regions. Thus they formed the worlds.

15 Seven fencing-sticks had he, thrice seven layers of fuel were prepared,
When the Gods, offering sacrifice, bound, as their victim, Puru?a.

16 Gods, sacrificing, sacrificed the victim these were the earliest holy ordinances.
The Mighty Ones attained the height of heaven, there where the Sadhyas, Gods of old, are dwelling.
[Translation taken from Wendy Doniger's Book Rigveda : An Anthopology ]

This literally is the great sciences of Hinduism on Creation , as we said earlier their are many more stories regarding Creation in the Rig-Veda , one of them Holds that Creation came into existence due to Incest between father and daughter. We will be discussing it also in future on truthofhinduism.com .
Those Hindu fanatics like Agniveer who are keen on saying their is no caste system in Vedas , might have forgotten to read verse no 12 of this Hymn which clearly shows that Shudra are born from feet , severe discrimination.
Now look at verses from number 10 which gives a broader view of Creation according to Rig Veda. Lets summarize this in points.
1. The horses , all cattle , kine, goats, sheep and all animals are born from this sacrifice of the primeval man.
2. The moon is born from his mind, sun is born from his eyes , Indra & agni (two of vedic gods) came from his mouth and from his breath wind (vayu) was born . Can you believe these fantasy stories of creation in Vedas , moreover some fanatics (agniveer) say their are no stories in Hinduism. This is simply against the established theory of science on creation attributed as Big Bang.
3. From the Navel of this Man came the space , from his head the sky was evolved , from his feet earth was generated and quarters of sky from his ear. The verse at last says " thus they set the worlds in order " , they is being referred to the Gods. You have to Digest this fantasy story that the supreme gods did this to create this universe, they had to sacrifice a primeval man , How foolish is this , you need to think.

In future we will be looking at more creation stories in the Vedas .
May truth prevail as Allah says in the Quran , falsehood will always perish as it is bound to be perished.

You need to make your position clear from the start. From the story it seems you are preaching hinduism, but in the end you show how the story is incorrect. A better start might be: Heres what Hindus believe regarding creation. or you could write: ...we will look at one of these stories and show how it is incorrect logically etc.

Yeah i too am bored of reading such man-made racist filth like this

12 The Brahman was his mouth, of both his arms was the Rajanya (Warriors = ksatriyas) made.
His thighs became the Vaisya, from his feet the shudra was produced
which is supported by

Apastambha Dharma Sutra III, 10-26, says:
The tongue of a Shudra, who spoke evil about a BRAHMIN should be cut off A Shudra who dared to assume a position of equality with the first three castes was to be flogged. If a Shudra overheard a recitation of the Vedas, molten tin was to be poured into his ears; if he repeated the Vedas his tongue should be cut and if he remembered Vedic hymns, his body was to be torn into pieces.
MANU, 167-272 says:
If a Shudra arrogantly teaches Brahmins Dharma, the king shall cause hot oil to be poured into his mouth and ears.

PANCHVANISH BRAHMIN 3-1/1 I says:
Even if a Shudra acquired wealth, he must always remain a slave. His main job is to wash the feet of the higher caste.

(Brahma-Sutras 1.3.9.38)
The smrithi orders that shudras must be prohibited from hearing, studying and understanding the Vedas.

I'll just say what atheists say about our(exclusive plural first person pronoun) cosmology: ancient non-sense created by over-imaginative ignorant Aryan tribes.

Probably because it takes only a few seconds to discover 'your' opening post has been plagiarized wholesale from another website, in this case truthofhinduism.com. The chances of you being able to offer any meaningful responses to points raised therefore seem slim, to say the least. 'Truth', of course, as is invariably the case with such sites, should be taken with a large pinch of salt - it's an anti-Hinduism site.

It really doesn't make much sense to apply terms like 'racist filth' (particularly inaccurately!) to literature that is something like three thousand years old. All it does is present an explanation and justification for the social order existing at the time, which in the respect of different classes (castes came later) was little different from that found in the Middle East, around the Mediterranean and Europe both then and - in many cases - for millennia afterwards.

Well , For literature such as Vedas that claims itself as the word of God , it is pathetic to discriminate amongst the human beings and hence it is filth spewed from out

Compare that to the below verse from Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) last sermon and you'll see what i mean

All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action.

Except that the "literature" that is in discussion is held as "SCRIPTURE" by its followers, meaning it is held by the followers as the will of gods (or goddesses or whatever they worship) and that the social structures must be kept and maintained that way because it has divine origin.
It is just not a mere "literature" as you claim
