salaam alaikum guys

i work in this call centre where we always have to do night shift, and ithink iv becoming sick with it, what are the ill effects on body if u do night shifts for a long time?

do we have doctors here? :)

also i was planning to do IATA course, is anyone here in that industry to give me some details?

yes it can have ill effects on your body and cause lower life span.. if you must have this job, then I suggest you get yourself one of these sleep masks..

one that will block sound and light completely..
