I pay twice. once when I buy the prepaid internet card. the second time at the end of month for using the internet, depending on hours used. total it comes to like $15 per month. & i have dial-up connection which is pretty slow.

Here in the USA in the rural far Northern Plains states internet is difficult to obtain and is quite expensive. It is also unreliable as we have frequent power outages and the occasional high Northern light activity often causes interference. I currently pay $150 (about 6000 Rupees) per month, But 200 miles away in a city it can be had for about $10 to $20 per month.

With I MB bandwidth and a limit of 5 GB download I pay local currency equal to US$ 12/ month for my connection.

I used to pay extra bill (normally $5-7) for my company owned / maintained Blackberry.
