salaam

When praying salah i normally in my head trasnslate the words into english to concentrate on what im saying - sometimes i accidently say it out loud after the arabic -for example after saying 'Allah hu Akhbar' the word great would come out of my mouth afterwards - does this invalidate my salah -

i dont mean to do it, sometimes it just happens cos im saying it in my head

Asalaamu Alaikum, it is a good thing that you have learnt the meanings of what you are praying in Salaah as this does certainly help in khushu and concentration in Salaah but you should try and keep the meanings of what you are reciting in your head so that you do not say them out loud. Try to concentrate more in Salaah so that you can keep the meanings in your mind.

Allah knows you are trying so continue to strive to perfect your Salaah and imagine Allah in front of you whilst you are praying watching you every move because that is EXACTLY what is happening in our every Salaah but most of us do not do our Salaah justice. May Allah reward you for your efforts. Ameen

And Allah knows best in all matters
