Asalaamu Alaikum,

Nothing will happen by reporting it... And there's alot of websites like that which spread lies to defame Islam. Just look at it this way, if someone reads this and that becomes their opinion of Islam, then their very stupid. However, in hopefully alot of cases anyone that reads this will find it very unrealistic a religion followed by 1.8 billion people, a religion that's one of the fastest growing in the world today would be bad/evil like these lies are making it out to be.

Nothing we can do but give Dawah and forums like this one are here to help remove misconceptions people have about Islam and show them the truth.

Asalaamu Alaikum,

Take a look at this - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-11977945

Their going to basically allow someone who makes websites like the one you mentioned into other countries to vocally preach hate. If their going to do that, then what's the chance for a website to get taken down?

we can open websites to counter those faulty allegations and there are many Islamic sites that do that.. in fact in spite of this monumental effort against Islam, it is THE FASTEST GROWING RELIGION... however every time you mention a website like the one above you basically increase hits to their site thereby doing exactly the opposite of what you'd set out to do.. do you stop on the street and fight every dog that barks? Don't be baited.. people who get their information from a cesspool don't deserve to have their misinformation corrected.. also they make a complete ass out of themselves when they try.. sort of like the $200,000 paid criminal recruited by the FBI to bait Muslims into bombing buildings or at least confessing it and it totally backfired on them..because they think like idiots and recruit idiots and expect idiocy from others!

Basit - Hussari - Minshawi

Inna allatheena kafaroo yunfiqoona amwalahum liyasuddoo AAan sabeeli Allahi fasayunfiqoonaha thumma takoonu AAalayhim hasratan thumma yughlaboona waallatheena kafaroo ila jahannama yuhsharoona
Topics discussed in this Verse:
[Unbelievers]
8:36 (Asad) Behold, those who are bent on denying the truth are spending their riches in order to turn others away from the path of God; and they will go on spending them until they become [a source of] intense regret for them; and then they will be overcome! And those who [until their death] have denied the truth shall be gathered unto hell, -

that is exactly what you see happening.. they spend their riches, they'll lose it, regret it and, they'll still be overcome and they'll be gathered into hell insha'Allah.. what more could you ask for beyond Allah swt's divine promise?

The best way to fight anti-Islamic sites is to not give them any publicity.

Although emotionally we all have a strong desire to fight such sites tooth and nail, our first instincts in doing so tend to backfire. Usually it results in more Muslims visiting the site and helping to raise the site in the search engine ratings. Fight them yes, but we need to do so in the manner that hurts them not helps them. We have found that posting links to such sites and even naming them on an Islamic forum, aids them in promoting their misguidance. For that reason we have a forum policy not to name any hate sites in any posts. We do not want to be associated with them. People's memories tend to be selective and all that will ever be remembered is that such and such a site was mentioned on an Islamic forum, which will give them credibility.

For the above reasons the identifying information in the first post is being removed. We refuse to be part of them by advertising them.

Salaam,

It is best to ignore these websites. There are hundreds of websites like that.

"Truth stands out clearly from falsehood."

That should be enough.

Insha'Allaah that is a good tactic.

Quran, 61:8-9

They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it.
It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although those who associate others with Allah dislike it.
No matter how much lies they like to spread against Islam, they can never succeed in extinguishing the knowledge and guidance of Islam. We need not worry about what they do, if they're working very hard to earn the punishment of the fire, we can neither stop them, nor save them. Only Allah can save whoever He wills, and Allah knows best.

Although the site's quite interesting it is not worth the click.
