fighting some one to get money ..
isnt that no good in islam ?

Boxing is not permissable in islam but real wrestling is Sunnah

if you're not hitting another muslim then I don't see what the problem is

Boxing as in directing fists to a punch bag is permissible. However, to punch another Muslim in the face or other parts of the body to cause injury is not permissible. To turn boxing into a profession is not allowed because both opponents will have to beat each other up. So to learn to punch properly is allowed as long as you are not hurting anyone in the process. There are many alternative sports other than boxing.
