Never leave a good deed because of its difficulty for the difficulty will eventually go but the deed will remain forever!

Never commit a sin because of it's enjoyment for the enjoyment will eventually go but the sin will remain with you forever.

So let us do as many good deeds as possible and do everything in our daily lives to please Allah and be rest assured that the good effects of our deeds will remain forever and let us abstain from sin for we should know that its bad effects will remain forever.

We must spend ALL of our time in doing good and pleasing Allah and waste not a second on doing bad and displeasing Allah!

These articles wil help you to maximise the amount of good deeds you do everyday inshallah:

Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“Whoever works righteousness — whether male or female — while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him We will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and We shall pay them certainly a reward in proportion to the best of what they used to do (i.e. Paradise in the Hereafter)”

Assalaam Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
Jazakallahu Khair for sharing!
The limits of the permissible in Islam are broad, and are quite adequate for man’s desire; there is no need to trespass on the forbidden. The duties imposed by Allah are light and few in number. To be the slave and soldier of Allah is an indescribably pleasurable honour. One’s duty is simply to act and embark on all things in Allah’s name, like a soldier; to take and to give on Allah’s behalf; to move and be still in accordance with His permission and law.

Seek no audience for your deeds other than Allah(SWT)

Ikhlaas according to Al-Jurjaani (rh) said that it is to not seek any audience for your deeds other than Allah.

Remember what Ibnu al-Qayyim said: Any action we do is subject to three defects:

1) Being conscious that others are observing our actions

Ya’qoob al-Makfoof (rh) used to say, “The sincere one is he who hides his good deeds in the same way that he would hide his bad.”

2)Seeking a return (benefit/reward) for the action

Do we act the same in private as we do in public i.e. as much zeal with qiyaam as with loading for flood appeal/fundraising?

3)Being satisfied with our actions

Dont forget that tawfique to do anything is only from Allah(SWT)

Ibn Al-Qayyim (rh) said, “Deeds without sincerity are like a traveler who carries dirt in his water. The carrying of it burdens him and it brings no benefit.”
