Asallaam Alaykum ,
Is it permissable to pray more than what is required ,or since i am still learning should i maintain a strict disciplined regimin of prayer until i beomce more knowledgable.Also can fast even when it is not required ?Any help and advice on these matters would be greatly apreciated.Allah Akbar!All praise is due to Allah!

yes you can pray more than the obligated prayers
and yes you can fast outside of ramadan
