3 New Courses at Ebrahim College this Winter Season
Aqeedah Tahawiyah
This course focuses on the Aqeedah of Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jama'ah as articulated in the famous and widely accepted and acclaimed Creed of Imam Tahawi (al-Aqeedah al-Tahawiyyah). The course will show the important tenets of creed that differentiate the Ahlussunah from others and will examine the Ahlussunnah positions based on Qur'an and Sunnah. The course will highlight the historical emergence of straying sects and the faultlines of differences that caused them to deviate.
Starting: Sunday 20th February Time: 10am - 12pm Teacher: Sheikh Shams Ad-Duha Duration: Once a week for 8 weeks Fees: £80
Stories of the Prophets
A rare 12 week course covering the stories of the lives of 24 prophets who were sent before Prophet Muhammad (saw) by Allah (swt) to spread the true message of the oneness of Allah (swt). How much do you know about the story of Adam (as)? Why was Yusuf (as) thrown into a well? What happened with Musa (as) and the Pharoah? Was 'Isa (as) crucified? How did Yunus (as) end up in the belly of the whale? This course will answer all of these questions.

Shafi'i Fiqh of Taharah and Salah
Study according to Imam Shafi’i's school of Fiqh about the practical aspects of performing Wudhu and Ghusl and understand how to make sure that your body, clothing and environment are clean and suitable for worship. Also learn how to perform your Salah in the correct way in observance of all of the essentials and Sunan. Topics will generally be presented with a brief examination of the evidences that the Shafi’i school of jurisprudence uses to support them.
