SEEK PROTECTION AND REFUGE

May Allah protect us all against hidden and apparent subversions! Our lord and guide Hazrat Muhammad(saw) says . تَعَوَّذُوابِاللّٰہِ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ مَاظَہَرَمِنْہَا وَمَابَطَنَ

Seek refuge with Allah against apparent and hidden subversions.

The Sahaabah(ra) complied with the orders at once and prayed نَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰہِ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ مَاظَہَرَمِنْہَاوَمَابَطَن

We seek refuge with Allah against all apparent and hidden subversions.

Let us pray thus also because we are surrounded by subversions all around and we can avoid these subversions by coming into Allah's refuge. نَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰہِ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ مَاظَہَرَمِنْہَاوَمَابَطَن

This dictate and supplication is reported in the authentic tradition book Al-Muslim. Once, it happened that the Holy Prophet(saw) was passing through a garden of the Bani Najjaar. His camel deviated the path at once. He(saw) saw some graves there. On questioning he was told that those were the graves of polytheists. The Holy Prophet said, "They are gripped by punishment in the grave. If I had not the apprehension lest you should stop burying your dead ones due to the cries of punishment in the graves that I am listening, I would have requested Allah to make you listen to some of that." After that, the Holy Prophet(saw) issued four commands. O the readers of the Al-Qalam listen! The Holy Prophet(saw) says:

(i). Seek refuge with Allah against punishment in the grave. تَعَوَّذُوْابِاللّٰہِ مِنْ عَذَابِ النَّارِ

The Sahaabah(ra) prayed at once نَعُوْذُبِاللّٰہِ مِنْ عَذَابِ النَّارِ "We seek refuge with Allah against the Fire (Hell)!" Then the Holy Prophet(saw) said:

(ii).Seek refuge with Allah against punishment in the grave. تَعَوَّذُوْابِاللّٰہِ مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْرِ

The Sahaabh(ra) sought refuge at once: نَعُوْذُبِاللّٰہِ مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْرِ "We seek refuge with Allah against punishment in the grave."

Then the Holy Prophet(saw) said:

(iii).Seek refuge with Allah against apparent and hidden subversions. تَعَوَّذُوابِاللّٰہِ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ مَا ظَہَر َمِنْہَا وَ مَا بَطَنَ

The Sahaabah(ra) prayed at once: نَعُوذُبِاللّٰہِ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ مَا ظَہَر َمِنْہَا وَ مَا بَطَنَ

"We Seek refuge with Allah against hidden and apparent subversions"

Then the Holy Prophet(saw) said:

(iv). Seek refuge with Allah against the subversion of Dajjaal. تَعَوَّذُوابِاللّٰہِ مِنْ فِتْنَۃِ الدَّجَّالِ

The Sahaabah(ra) prayed at once: نَعُوذُبِاللّٰہِ مِنْ فِتْنَۃِ الدَّجَّالِ

"We seek refuge with Allah against the subversion of Dijjaal."

Lo, four important supplications have been refreshed. There can be change in words. You can also say.

اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنَّانَعُوْذُبِکَ مِنْ عَذَابِ النَّارِ. اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنَّانَعُوْذُبِکَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ.اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنَّانَعُوذُبِکَ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ مَاظَہَرَمِنْہَاوَ مَا بَطَنَ.اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنَّانَعُوْذُبِکَ مِنْ فِتْنَۃِ الدَّجَّالِ.

These supplications should be sought on special occasions. We should make firm routine for them at the end of "Ata-Hayyaat. If they are granted, we shall be very lucky and victorious indeed. All our problems will also be solved due to the blessings of worry about the Hereafter. These days, there are subversions everywhere. Memorise two sentences of the Holy Quran well. First, when the Satan percolates some ingratitude and doubt in your heart or the idea occurs that great oppression is exercised against you, do blurt out:

ذٰلِکَ بِاَنَّ اللہَ ہُوَالْحَقّ

"No doubt, Allah is Truth. Every of His decision is True. All that He did was True."

Do recite the sentence again and again: ذٰلِکَ بِاَنَّ اللہَ ہُوَالْحَقّ tell it to one another, inculcate in your hearts and sometimes say: یَااَللہُ یَاحَقُّ Allah is, no doubt, the Truth. اَنْتَ الْہَادِی اَنْتَ الْحَقُّ لَیْسَ الْہَادِی اِلَّاہُو .لَااِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللّٰہُ الْمَلِکُ الْحَقُّ الْمُبِیْن

The second sentence is about the Day of Judgement. Allah says: ذٰلِکَ الْیَوْمُ الْحَقُّ

The Day of Judgement is, no doubt, Truth." There is no doubt in the approach of that day. When the heart begins to count and demand more currency notes, the yearning for more houses and shops begins to render you negligent, or enjoyments in the world begin to tempt you, tell this sound to you heart: ذٰلِکَ الْیَوْمُ الْحَقُّ O negligent heart, why are you entangled in this mortal world? Prepare for that certain and true Day. Our Holy Prophet has told us supplication for success. Look to the subversions, how they are raising their heads like worms in the gutter. There are strange subversions about Hazrat Imaam Mahdi these days. Ever new black and white people in every country and city are proclaiming of being Imaam Mahidi. The fortune-tellers in Gujranwala who cannot write the word "Mahdi" correctly rather write "Imaam Mehndi" are also making different forecasts. On the other hand, some people are bent upon the denial of Hazrat Imaam Mahdi. Both these subversions are dangerous. Those who profess of being Mahdi are oppressors. Those who deny the emergence of Imaam Mahdi are also in subversion. The signs of Hazrat Imaam Mahdi are very clearly mentioned in the traditions. If the Muslims know them, they will not be duped by any one's proclamation or denial. A chain of research articles about Imaam Mahdi in the Al-Qalam will soon be started in order to warn the Muslims against it. At present, keep it in mind, "Imaam Mahdi is to come at all. He will be the Hasani and Hussaini Syed from the children of Hazrat Fatima . His name will be Muhammad and that of his father will be Abdullah. According to the research by Hazrat Shah Rafi-ud-Din, the name of his mother will be Amina. He will be born in Madina. He will be similar to his maternal grandfather Hazrat Muhammad(saw) in his appearance, character and morals. Pondering over the traditions, the Ulama have written more than thirty signs about him. He will be the popular-most caliph of the Muslims. He will be a brave warrior and conqueror. His age will be that of Jihaad.

He will fight big battles and will be victorious. He will be very generous and will give in abundance. He will own the shirt, the sword and the standard left by the Holy Prophet(saw) . The angels will be included in his armies and wonderful miracles and victories will emerge at his hand. If a Muslim keeps only these signs in view, he will get rid of so many pretenders and proclaimants. One of those who possess denying views about Hazrat Imaam Mahdi is "Tamanna Ammaadi." Hazrat Mufti Wali Hasan used to say "Tamanna Ammaadi is the denier of Hadith." "Tamanna Ammaadi" was a verbose historian. Actually, he was the resident of Bahar but settled in Karachi later on. He was a very mischievous, bright and insolent writer but a very unfortunate person. How greater misfortune can be that he kept indulging himself in the sins forcibly that he could easily avoid. For example, he was great lover of Hajjaaj bin Yousaf. He justified his killing and contributing to his ferocity and bloodshed. He was the enemy to Hazrat Umar bin Abdul-Aziz. He was dead against Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair. He called the great followers of Sahaabah and Reciters of the Holy Quran the Bedouin conspirators and planners. He called Imaam Zuhri and many other leaders of Hadith as Rafizi and tried to misguide the Muslim Ummah about the Hadiths of the Holy Prophet(saw) . In spite of all these evils and vices, he labeled himself as the "Denier of Raafiziyat" and remained among the ranks of the true Ulama. The biggest oppression that he exercised was that he denied numerous styles of recitation of the Holy Quran and wrote a satanic Book about it. I was greatly shocked to see that the deniers of Hadith have hung that book at a very prominent place in the gallery of the Internet. May Allah protect the Muslims against this subversion! My teacher Hazrat Maulana Qari Abdul Haq made after the "Subversion, Denial of Recitation" by Tamanna Ammaadi. His successor and son Hazrat Maulana Qari Zia-ul-Haq was also anxious about it. Owing to the blessings of them both, Hazrat Maulana Qari Muhammad Tahir Rahimi rushed at that subversion like the eagle and wrote a book of nine hundred pages named "Defense of Recitation" فجزاہم اللّٰہ احسن الجزاء عن اُمّۃ الاسلام

Allah be thanked, it is a very fine, scientific, researching and useful book. Many thanks to Hazrat Maulana Qari Zia-ul-Haq that he sent a copy of that book to me also. This book is becoming very rare these days. The servants of the Holy Quran should think about the publication of this book. We are also ready to reap this auspiciousness. After studying this book, we have resolved to enforce this book duly in our Jaamia in "Qirat Mutwatir Ashra." The Muslims should protect themselves against the subversions of Tamanna Ammaadi and other Deniers of Hadith. For this purpose, they should pray thus in abundance:

اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنَّانَعُوْذُبِکَ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ مَاظَہَرَمِنْہَاوَمَابَطَنَ

نَعُوْذَبِاللّٰہِ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ مَاظَہَرَمِنْہَاوَمَابَطَنَ

آمین یاارحم الراحمین

اللّٰہم صل علی سیدناومولانامحمدالنبی الامی وعلی آلہ وصحبہ وسلم تسلیماکثیراکثیرا

Allah give you before asking. He is very kind and love his people. but of-course we have to worship him and ask for refuge.
