There are many Qur'an translation in various language, but if you want to know the meaning of ayaah in Qur'an you must ask an Islamic teacher. I cannot speak Arabic although I understand some simple Arabic words. But I understand what the meaning of ayaah that I recite.

One again, there is no Priest in Islam. There are Imam, but Imam in Islam is different than Priest in Christian.

Here's websites that contain qur'an translations:
http://quran.com/
http://www.quranexplorer.com/quran/
http://www.kalamullah.com/noble-quran.html
http://quranflash.com/
http://www.tanzil.info/

Do you know if there's any mosque/masjid in the area where you live?
Maybe you can call in advance with the imam of the mosque and make appointment, so you can ask questions to him directly? And you can also learn how to read qur'an from him or others whom he recommends.

If you live in the USA, here's a mosque locator http://www.islamicity.com/orgs/
for other countries http://www.islamchannel.tv/mosque/mosquelocator.aspx
or you can just type "mosque locator" in google

You must learn from him as a student after you have converted into Islam. But if you only want to know about Islam without (or before) convert to Islam, you can visit him/them as a guest to ask questions. Actually face to face meeting is better than online meeting. You can visit a mosque in your area if you don't know where to find Islamic teacher there.

The Qur'an was revealed in the Arabic language but we need not learn Arabic to understand the message of Islam. What's important is that you understand what the message is. It's best that you read a translation of the Qur'an in the language that you best understand. You can't follow the way of Islam if you don't understand it in the first place. So focus on what the message of Islam is, not the Arabic language, at least in this beginner's stage. Best wishes!

Ask all the questions you want. Islam is not a secretive religion.

It's good to read Quran in that language that you can easily understand. but why not learn to read arabic and after that read your understandable language (translation). It will help you in learning a new language too. and reading Arabic Quran-ic word ALLAH will reward you ten viirtues against reading so why not to read in both .
May ALLAH bless us all and forgive our sins.

Most of the time now Quran is written with meanings in other languages too. you can buy that book too which have word by word meaning in your language and then you can easily get what it is saying.
