waswas about wet dreams

i was wondering if any1 can help me -
i dont know if this is wawas or not but this is my problem

I normally get discharge everyday - i dont remember having wet dreams but when i wake up and go to the toilet - and wipe myself i see discharge on the tissue -
sometime i wipe myself and dont see any discharge but feel sweat on my sides - but there isnt anything on my clothes just on the tissue

this is really stressing me out - i feel like doing ghusal everyday but try and stop my self because i think its waswas
i dont remember having wet dreams

what should a person who normally gets discharge and suffers from waswas on a daily basis do in this situation -
