I was thinking about this last night . . . if music is haram, especially that which uses instruments, how do films such as "The Message" and "Muhammad (saw): The Last Prophet" gain authenticity certification? Are the soundtracks approved since the films are made for the glory of Allah? I've tried to find the original rulings on the music for these films, but perhaps I am searching incorrectly.
