Hello everybody. I am a 16 year old white male from England. I was born into a family of Christians but for one reason or another I was never baptised. So no one in my family is religious or anything like that. For some reason and I don't know why over the past few weeks, Islam has really started to appeal me and becoming a Muslim is something I would love to do. I have looked into it quite a bit but I'm scared. I know I will lose friends and family and I'm not sure what to do. In the city I live there are three mosques so there are opportunities for me to go but how would I be perceived, would I be looked down upon or stuff? They shouldnt look down upon you, as Islaam is a faith for all people of the world regardless of their race, nationality, background etc, the whole of mankind.
Everything is done at its own pace, by taking your time having an open mind and a peaceful mind etc.
