I don't know any poems as such.
In my opinion, the stunningly wonderful rhythms and rhyme of the 30th Juz and other Surahs surpass any poetry.. (but that might be because I don't actually know any poetry)
And, also in the ahadeeth, there are some lines that are so poetic. Here are a couple:
Ahmad bin Ishkaab told us (that), Muhammad bin Fadheel told us (that), from Amara bin al-Qa'qah, from Abi Zar'ah from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Prophet :saws: said:
There are two phrases
which are beloved of the Most Merciful,
light on the tongue,
yet heavy on the scales (of reward):
glory be to Allah and all praise to Him, glory be to Allah, the Mighty.'
(Sahih al-Bukhari, 6406)
Abu Nu'maan told us, Jareer the son of Hazim informed us, from Abu Ishaq who related that al-Bara' ibn 'Azib said, "The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was moving earth with us on the Day of the Confederates and he was saying,
'By Allah, had it not been for Allah, we would not have been guided,
nor would we have fasted or prayed,
So send down tranquillity on us
and strengthen our foothold if they meet us
The mushriks have transgressed against us
If they want fitnah, we refuse.'
(Sahih al-Bukhari 6246) Some narrations say that he :saws: was chanting this.
And also, tala'al badru alayna, sung by the Ansaar upon Rasoolullah's :saws: arrival in Madinah:
Tala‘a al-badru ‘alaynā
Oh the white moon rose over us
Min thanīyāti al-wadā‘
From the valley of al-Wadā‘
Wajab al-shukru ‘alaynā
And we owe it to show gratefulness
Mā da‘ā lillāhi dā‘
Where the call is to Allah.
Ayyuha al-mab‘ūthu fīnā
Oh you who were raised among us
Ji’ta bil-amri al-mutā‘
Coming with a word to be obeyed
Ji’ta sharaft al-madīnah
You have brought to this city nobleness
Marḥaban yā khayra dā‘
Welcome best caller to God's way
