What are the things if you are successful in doing them, Jannah is guaranteed for you?

I believe Jannah is guaranteed to he who is afflicted with a big calamity but then bears it with patience. For example, if a man loses two of his children.

If a person purifies their heart every night of bad feelings towards another Muslim.

If a person guards his tongue, stays home and weeps over his sins.
