Advice needed!

I have a few questions in regards to education and working. no debates/arguments please!


1. Brothers do you consider your wife to work? If not, what if she insisted on working? but you do not accept, is this regarded as disobeying her husband? or both have equal rights whether they want to work or not?

2. Sisters do you see yourself working after marriage? if you are married, do you work? if so, do you find it difficult managing the house whilst working?

3. Is having a degree a means of having a good future? Do you brothers/sisters require someone with a degree?

I have a scenario, a husband and wife are living a good life, but the wife doesnt have a degree, one day the husband is ill, what is required of her? may god forbid he passes away, what is she then to do? she would work ofcourse, but it is not so easy to find a job, and there are many jobs out there that are available which do not require degrees. Is there anything I am too ignorant off? Do not her parents have a right over their daughter to help her out in times of needs? If she has no parents, is she required to stay with her in-laws? what if she has neither?

please advice me as I am rather ignorant of how to deal with such a situation, jazak Allah khair.
