I had 8 oz of chicken, just wondering how to workout how many calories that is. :hmm:

get a food scale and enter content and it measures weight.. that's how we all do it ;D

this tells me the stuff, but how do I workout it out myself, there must be a calculation to find out how many calories 8 oz is.

^You'd need to know how many calories in whatever unit you measure by, then multiply it according to how many you are using.

This page tells you how many calories there are in foods in their raw and cooked forms i.e. 1lb cooked chicken has 86 calories. 17 of which are from fat.

Is this what you mean?
