Roughen up brother/sister, this life is not easy for most people, you might think suicide is the easy way out.. but its not since you end up in a much worse place than this world. Take every day as it goes, work for the next life.

Read the night and morning adhkaar, make du'aa and inshaAllah Allah will remove your worries.

Have trust and faith in Allah's mercy and His plans for you. We often tend to learn and improve as humans at times of hardship more than at times of ease.

Don't let Shaytan lead you to a conclusion which neither logical nor desired. Just don't think too much about the things that you don't have control over.

Don't try to achieve perfection. Just do things once with concentration and that's it. You are done.

What intentions? Why on earth someone gets up at 4 O'clock takes bath or makes Wadu and goes to Masjid/praying area? Off course for Fajr prayer. Allah SWT knows intentions very well. Its Shytan and don't let him spoil your life here and in hereafter.

Theres some thing related John McLeod put it into poetry.

Suicide? No, no, dearest sis/bro!!! This isn't the way for muslims to think God forbid. Insha Allah, by the mercy of Allah, your problem isn't one that cannot be solved. Are you using all the methods prescribed by the Prophet salallahu alayhi wa sallam to treat your self? Just like you need a stronger dose of medicine for the more serious ailments, similarly you need to do more than just concentrate on your intentions. Perhaps because of the severity of your problem and your present state of mind, it would be better to seek ruqyah from someone else insha Allah. But you must be careful about who you approach. People who claim to be able to cure all ills going are liars. No one has knowledge of the unseen to make such claims. This is shirk and a grave sin. Healing is from Allah alone, and we can only use legitimate means provided for us through the Quran and Sunnah.

The following websites should be able to put you in touch with a Raki insha Allah. NHNF have a brother at the clinic who performs ruqyah. If you can visit them, then please do so. They are based in London and will make every effort to help you insha Allah. NHNF also offer hijamah at their clinic.

you need to be stabilized on medications. There are medications out there for OCD. You need to see a professional, you're not the only person to suffer this condition and there's help out there. simply talking about it with someone will not make it go away. You need to correct the urges and the actions to quell the urges. Please see a DOCTOR about this right away. We're all going to die in our appointed time, we can always die tomorrow or the day after or next month when Allah swt wills, but while here you need to deal with this especially that it is a known and treated condition and not some odd tropical disease from some remote village never heard of that you have to live with alone..

+1. This is why we have psychiatrists. You are fortunate enough to have access to these facilities so make use of them. Look to the future because this is only a very small rough patch you're going through insha'Allah.

Btw As a bonus you get to die eventually anyway so it's not like you'll miss out on that.

i remember reading a hadith where the Prophet (pbuh) was sitting with his companions when all of a sudden they were made to hear a loud crash,

.....
One day when the companions were with the Prophet (pbuh) he heard the sound of something heavy crash,
he asked, "Do you know what that was?" To which they replied, "Allah, and His Messenger (pbuh) know best."
"That was a stone that had been thrown into Hell seventy years ago, it kept falling until that moment.
It reached the bottom of Hell just now and the sound you heard was when it hit the bottom."

just think bro/sis - seventy years of ups and downs on earth can't be that much of a long time when you consider that the person bound for hell will go through seventy years of scorching agony just to fall to the bottom - and eternity awaits.............

Narrated Sahl bin Sad As-Sa’idi: “The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), and the kafirun faced each other and started fighting.
When the Messenger of Allah returned to his camp and when the kafirun returned to their camp,
someone talked about a man amongst the companions of the Messenger of Allah who had been pursuing and killing with his sword any kafir fleeing alone.
He said, ‘No- one fought as hard today as that man.’
The Messenger of Allah said, ‘Truly, he is one of the people of the Fire.’
A man among the people said, ‘I shall follow him (to see what he does).’ So he followed him, and wher-ever he stood, he would stand with him, and wherever he ran, he would run with him.
“Then the (brave) man was wounded seriously and decided to bring about his own death quickly.
He slanted the blade of the sword in the ground directing its sharp end towards his chest between his two breasts. Then he leaned on the sword and killed himself.
The other man came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said, ‘I testify that you are the Messenger of Allah.’
The Prophet asked, ‘What happened?’
He replied, ‘(It is about) the man whom you described as being one of the people of the Fire. The people were greatly surprised at what you said, and so I said, “I will find out his reality for you.” So, I followed him and watched him.
He was severely wounded, and hastened to die by slanting the blade of his sword in the ground and directing its sharp end towards his chest between his two breasts. Then he leant on his sword and killed himself.’
“Then the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, ‘A man may seem to the people as if he were practising the deeds of the people of Paradise while in fact he is from the people of the Fire,
and another may seem to the people as if he were practising the deeds of the people of Hell, while in fact he is from the people of the Garden.’”
(Sahih Al-Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 147).

Assalamualaikum

You should follow ßlµêßêll :). But certainly suicide is not a good option.

Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet said, "None of you should wish for death because of a calamity befalling him; but if he has to wish for death, he should say: "O Allah! Keep me alive as long as life is better for me, and let me die if death is better for me.' " (Sahih Bukhari:Book #70, Hadith #575)

Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah's Apostle saying,
" Be moderate in your religious deeds and do the deeds that are within your ability: and none of you should wish for death, for if he is a good doer, he may increase his good deeds, and if he is an evil doer, he may repent to Allah." (Sahih Bukhari: Book #70, Hadith #577)

Abu Sa'id and abu Huraira reported that they heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Never a believer is stricken with discomfort, hardship or illness, grief or even with mental worry that his sins are not expiated for him. (Muslim - Book 032, Hadith Number 6242).

This is huge rewards for you to go through these issues. Welcome the pain and the anguish and be patient through them for they are freedom for you from the fire. Continue striving for this life is meant to be toil and struggle. It was never meant to be easy for the path to Paradise is certainly is a path surrounded by difficult tests, pain, hardships and struggles. But in reality we only need to go through a little struggle as this life is so short and the end result will be so magnificent that we can NEVER comprehend how great it will be. The lowest person is Paradise will be given a world ten times the size of this Earth, Then how much will we be give inshallah? So keep the end result in mind and know that victory will be yours as long as you continue to be patient.

Shaythans ultimate aim is to make a person kill themselves. This is his victory but why should we gie our enemys victory? By giving our enemy victory we will be destroying our own ultimate dreams and ambitions? Shaythan will continue to try and drive you to end your misery by telling you to take the easy way out but believe me ending your life would only be the beginning of pain you never imagined possible. It is the worst way out possible.

The easiest way out of this is to put all of your trust in Allah. Put All of your hopes in him. Know that he will never let you down. He will never shun you. But disregard your enemy. Shun shaythan for he can only whisper evil to you. You are in control of yourself and your own mind so continue to strive and work hard to defeat this issue and put ALL of your trust, reliance and faith in Allah. At the sametime see a specialist regarding your OCD so you may get additional help as sister Bluebell has pointed out.

We as your brothers and sisters are here for you. Most of all Allah is there for you and is closer to you than your jugular vein. By being patient Allah is with you for Allah is with all those who are patient. So ask of Allah sincerely begging of his mercy especially in the latter part of the night at Tahajjud time and know that he knows what you are going through and just wants you to continue to be patient for tests are not meant to be easy.

Continue to internalise the advice i have given you regarding the intentions issues. Keep on driving it in your head until it is imprinted. NEVER give up because that is what your enemy wants you to do. If you need anymore help then continue to ask. If you want to PM me about anything then please feel free to anytime.

Hope this helps:

Waswas are from the shaytaan. The sis/bro seems to be severely affected and could have a jinn related problem and would benefit from seeing a raki insha Allah. When you are so affected you need more than just knowing suicide is haram. Please sis/bro see someone about it insha Allah.
