Imam leads the salat and a Hafizz memorized the whole Quran . May be , they know about Fatwas , I m not sure.

A Practising Muslim might not know about the rulings of all matters. It's better to ask a Mufti .

And Allah Knows Best.

my sis i dont think practising person can give fatwah , it is not his job to give fatwah one of the shabab i think it was abdullah ibn abas i dont know remember who was when they used to come to him and ask him question he used to say i dont know just to show on the matter of saying this is allowed or not is very big thing , so i dont think every one can give a fatwa only muftis can give a fatwa it is like u go to a dr and ask him about how to fix hard drive allahu alam

AsSalaamu 3alaykum

It would be advisable to go to a scholar/3aalim/shaykh/mufti regarding your queries.

When visiting Islam QA websites below please browse/ search for answers to your question before putting in a question request. Ensure you read, re-read and adopt the solution given for your question/ problem. Do not go ‘fatwa shopping’ on these Islam QA sites. Where you find more than one different answer from the Islam QA sites above, please adopt the position of most taqwa.
