I heard a name 'FARAJAL' , is it arabic? what does it mean?

Are you sure that's "Farajal" not "Faraj Al"?

Faraj is Arabic name, means "cure" or "remedy". And there are people named "Faraj" that followed by "Al" and place where they were coming. In Example: Faraj Al-Libbi (Faraj of Libya).
