For example, hindus worship multiple idols, but they really only believe in one god....

however, they claim that because God can do anything he can come in many forms and so he came comes in different forms, ie. different idols for example one for health one for safety one for wealth etc. but they still believe in one God is that right ?

It's not right, as far as the Islamic belief is concerned.

Allah coming in other forms is a degradation of the status of Allah.

112:4 And there is nothing that could be compared with Him.

No. Hindu beliefs vary from believing in:

No God,
"one god" in many forms, (and I use the speech marks deliberately, because it is not actually belief in One God).
Lots of gods,
Everything is God,
God dwelling in people and animals,
etc etc.

Also remember Christians claim to believe in One God with three separate distinct personalities but what does Allah say about them in the Qur'an?

No He can't. He can't do anything that doesn't befit His Tremendous and Transcendent Majesty. He cannot lie, cannot steal, cannot kick someone out of His All-Encompassing dominion no matter how much He may dislike them, cannot perform lowly functions such as begetting a son, or make multiple copies of Himself, be mixed up in His creation, and He cannot give us such nonsense to believe in.

No He can't. If there is a form, it is not Him, as there is no form or likeness of Him, as Br Alpha Dude quoted above, from Surah al-Ikhlaas.

Some of them may think they believe in One God, but if they believe God comes in the form of an idol made by humans, then in reality, they are worshipping this man-made object, and committing shirk, the biggest sin of all. Read the story of the people of Ibrahim alyhi assalaam, how they worshipped idols, and how the Bani Israil wanted Musa alayhi assalaam to make an idol for them to worship like some other people had.

May Allah save us all from shirk, big or small, ameen.

No God cannot do anything .Its a logical mistake which people make when they say that God can do anything

Its not true and I can prove it to you.

He cant create another God because God by definition is uncreated .

He cant be mortal and immortal and the same time and thus cannot become a Man , because Man is mortal and God is immortal. You cant combine the 2.
