I being born in the USA I was taught to respect the President but my understanding is that most of the Muslims I meet who live in America don't respect the American President. Most Americans I meet seem to Idolize American Presidents. It is a Cult of Personality in my view.

so , if respect mean obedience , then we can't respect anyone who's hand is full of blood of innocents.

And Allah Knows Best.

It's scary, isn't it?
I was looking forward to seeing who would beat Obama out this election, because citizens have had enough of the nonsense. But...have you SEEN those Republican candidates? Wow...maybe even scarier.
Gingrich and Santorin are two various types of fanatics. And Romney? I could never vote for anyone who's named after an item of sports apparel. In addition, I would hate to see what his beautician's fees would do to to the national debt.

I respect the office, but not the man. I haven't liked a President since Ronald Reagan, and I was only 4 years old when he was elected, so yeah.

It seems to me like you can send an honest man to Washington and he'll be ruined within 3 months.

USA was created illegal and its still illegal with an illegal government. The end.
What annoys me the most is that much americans think that its their country/land lol. Each president gets orders from above and is a puppet, used by the rulling bankers.

And last but not least(quite offtopic but sure to think about)

If we really had any decency, we'd all leave and hand it back over to the indigenous americans.

I tell you what... I'll take Clinton back if it means that Obama steps down.

I'm not sure they would want it back in the shape it's in now...

On the day of the 9-11 attacks, former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was asked what the attacks would mean for US-Israeli relations. His quick reply was: "It's very good…….Well, it's not good, but it will generate immediate sympathy (for Israel)"

Hadith Explanation

No Obedience in Disobedience to Allah

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: "There is no obedience to the creation in disobedience to the Creator." [Ahmed and Haakim]

If a father and son sleep in one place, and the son wants to pray fajr but his father sleeps, does anyone suggest that the son needs to take permission from his father to pray the obligatory prayer? Suppose that the father forbids his son from performing the prayer, should the son obey his father? The answer is clear according to the above mentioned hadith, as well as the following one:

"Obedience is in what is right." [Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim]

Therefore, it is clear that no permission is required for anyone from anyone when an act is fard ayn (individual obligation), just as no permission is required from the father, the husband or the ruler for the obligatory fajr prayer.
