I used google translator and it gave me the word 'tandora'.

Is that the same as tawla? And what is maasa?

lol brother, what is athawees asharia? Does asharia mean point? So it's 0.3grams? Sorry I didn't fully understand.

As far as I know, they don't uses ounces as measurement in India/Pakistan.

If you want the word for ounce anyway, it'd be the English word Urdufied, like awnce, I guess.

In terms of grams, it's 28.3g, as Br 'Abd Al-Maajid said.

I found these old Pakistani measures here, if it helps at all:

1 Masha = 8 Ratti = 1 Gram
1 Tola = 12 Masha = 12 Gram
1 Chhatank = 5 Tola = 60 Gram (wrongly written as 160 in the source)
1 Pao = 4 Chhatank = 225 Gram
1 Ser = 4 Pao = 1 Kilogram
