Can Restraining Orders be used under Sharia in an Islamic State ?

It's not stated explicitly in anything I have read, but I see no reason why restraining orders would be unavailable under Shar'iah. Although, if the crime is severe enough to warrant a restraining order, a harsher punishment would probably be administered anyway - either replacing it altogether or being used in conjunction.
