A Muslim friend mentioned to me that this Ramadan the British Government is doubling any donations made to Islamic Relief, up to £ 5 million. I thought it might be good to share that information here.
Alhamdulillah, the UK Government will match donations we receive during Ramadan, pound for pound, up to a total of £5 million.
That means that all donations to our Food, Water, Global Emergency and Livelihoods projects, and all zakat and sadaqah, will be doubled - so your money will go twice as far this Ramadan!
