Okay so i theres a non muslim guy whou owes me a large some of money, hes ignoring my calls and texts. now the way i now to collect the debt owed to me is by beating up whoever owes me the money when they dont want to pay, but i dont think thats right in islam (is it?) but im trying to do thing rite and hopefully they work. can i tell him pay me by some date and if he doesnt add more money to his debt, but isnt that the same as interest?? whats the solution to my problem guys, and thanks for the help.
