Salam alaikum

I wonder if any of you has an experience in telling others about islam, their reactions...

I have read this brother's experience on how he found people as if waiting for someone to tell them anything about Islam !

He wrote:

A white English man just took his Shahahdaah with me in Mayfair, London.

I just come out from the mosque and he was standing in the front of his office smoking so I asked him 'excuse me, can I ask you one question please?'

He said go on,
I told him what's the real purpose of your life?
He said 'I has been thinking about this question from long time'

So I told him 'Can I give you the answer'
He said yes...

Subhanallah.

...So I told him
What's the real purpose of my life and your life?

The answer is within the Quran
What is the Quran?
The words of almighty God

Given to Muhammad pbuh the last prophet

What is the proof that the Quran is true?

Because The Quran is a miracle of miracles

Some reasons why the Quran is a miracle of miracles

It contains many scientific facts even though it is 1400 years old
For example it describes
The development of a baby in a womb - Embryology
This scientific facts fund by scientists
Just recently few years back
It's mention in the Quran 1400 years ago

How universe started - the big bang theory

And the Quran has remained unchanged for over 1400
years (see British library
200 years ago a non-Muslim learned man
Said that the only
scripture avelibel
In the original form for the last 1200 years
It's the glorious Quran

Almighty God said 1400 years ago in the Quran that is easy to memorise the glorious Quran
Today more then 10 million people have done so

1400 years ago

In the glorious Quran
Contains God's challenge to whole humanity to try and produce even one chapter like it- this still stands today

The glorious Quran was given to a man Muhammad pbuh who couldn't neither read not write
So therefor Muhammad pbuh didn't copy from another scriptures nor he was the author of Quran

So how come a man uneducated 1400 years ago knew about embryology
How the universe started
The big bang theory

Which the scientists of the world fund just recently
By very strong technology and scoop

Because it was a Devine revealation
Which almighty God given to Muhammad pbuh

The glorious Quran words have the effect of changing people's lives

Today million Americans accepted Islam
Million British and euroupon
Accepted Islam

Stars footballers and Hollywood actors
And singers accepted Islam

Because Quran changing people's lives

The Quran doesn't contain a single contradiction despite the fact
It was revealed over a period of 23 years

The glorious Quran
Has produced the largest practised religion of about 2 billion followers and the fastest growing religion

The Quran contains good news and a warning
Those who worship one almighty God (Allah)
And follow the example of the messenger of almighty God (Allah)

There's Good news of both success in this world as well as eternal paradise in the hereafter
Those who reject
the message are warned of the eternal hell fire

Then I told him
If you become Muslim
So your life will be change
And you will worship the Creator universe Allah subhanallah watallah
One almighty God
And. One day you will enter eternal
paradise
In shah Allah
And in the paradise there's. No sickness or old age
And whatever you ask for
you will get
So Islam is give you the eternal purpose of life
And in this world every one will die the queen and the king will die too
But for you is paradise if you become Muslim
and in the paradise Allah will give you the palace of diamond
Which our queen do not have one
Even if she has one it will be just for few days
But Islam is giving you eternal
Forever
So alhumdulillah he took Shahahdaah
And become Muslim

Allah guide him
And I give him the copy of Quran
Book life about prophet Muhammad pbuh
Some more books about Islam
Pray for him
That he become strong Muslim
And always follow Islam and Quran and sunnah

I have had several occasions where I have been involved in people embracing islam. Every person had his own reason for doing so. Some where very serious in wanting to know, some just wanted to do so due to the serenity they see in some who follow the deen, and some for the purpose of getting married to a local girl.

I have found that with each person, it is very different proposition and that I cannot follow a fixed formula to engage them. Usually I have to listen very carefully to what they have to say first and gently ask more questions along the subject of the discussion until they have (for that time) gotten whatever that is in their chest...

But recently, I have found more it more eye opening for people when I relate about the history of human (from Adam to present) the progression of the Books in relation to the human mind development and the continuousness of the messages, as opposed to all the Books being separate and independent of each other made most of whom I talked to immediately see the 'connection' between the Quran and the other previous Books which previously they strongly held the view that it was largely taken from the Old and New Testaments.

In most cases, they readily admit that they have never read the Quran and what they believed about it is based on what they were told about it (of course by non muslims) and that they were now very interested to get a copy to read.:statisfie

Generally, my approach to them is very simple, FIRST is not to get their guards up by pointing to holes in their belief. Next, is a story I tell.... (about human history from Adam (pbuh)) to now (as outlined above which I won't go into here as it always removed by the administrators as they say it is my opinion :hmm:) but I believe it should be shared due to people still view the books to be separate messages as opposed to being incremental in accordance to human's increased wisdom, Allah knows best.

Peace
