هنية: زيارة أمير قطر كسر للحصار

زيارة أمير قطر لغزة هي الأولى من نوعها التي يقوم بها مسؤول عربي على هذا المستوى منذ الحصار (الفرنسية) اعتبر رئيس الحكومة الفلسطينية المقالة إسماعيل هنية أن زيارة أمير دولة قطر الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني لـقطاع غزة إعلان رسمي لكسر الحصار السياسي والاقتصادي المفروض على القطاع منذ سنوات. وتحت شعار "يد تقاوم ويد تحرر ويد تبني" لفت هنية إلى أن قيمة منحة الإعمار المقدّمة من قطر إلى القطاع وصلت إلى 400 مليون دولار. وأشار إلى أن ذلك يُعَدّ انتصارًا للشعب الفلسطيني على ذلك الحصار. وتعد الزيارة التي يقوم بها أمير دولة قطر لقطاع غزة اليوم، أول زيارة من نوعها يقوم بها مسؤول عربي على هذا المستوى، بعد سنوات من الحصار المفروض على غزة. وقال هنية في كلمة خلال حفل وضع حجر الأساس لمدينة سكنية تحمل اسم أمير قطر في خانيونس جنوبي القطاع، "اليوم ندك جدار الحصار، ونعلن الانتصار على الحصار من خلال هذه الزيارة المباركة، شكرا لقطر". وأضاف موجها كلامه إلى أمير قطر "أنت اليوم تعلن رسميا كسر الحصار السياسي والاقتصادي الذي فرض على قطاع غزة.. هذا الحصار الظالم الذي فرضته قوى الظلم والطغيان". هنية: المنحة القطرية المقدمة لغزة ارتفعت من ربع مليار إلى 400 مليون دولار (الجزيرة) المنحة القطرية وأوضح هنية أن المنحة القطرية لإعمار قطاع غزة ارتفعت من ربع مليار دولار إلى 400 مليون دولار لتنفيذ جملة من المشاريع المختلفة. ومن هذه المشاريع -كما قال رئيس الحكومة المقالة- بناء مدينة حمد السكنية على ثلاثة مراحل، وإقامة مدينة للأسرى المحررين بمبلغ 25 مليون دولار، وبناء مستشفى للأطراف الصناعية بقيمة 15 مليون دولار. وكان أمير قطر قد وصل إلى قطاع غزة من معبر رفح قادما من الجانب المصري حيث هبطت الطائرة التي تقله والوفد المرافق له. حفاوة ولقي الوفد القطري في استقباله، في الجانب الفلسطيني من رفح، كبار المسؤولين الفلسطينيين في غزة يتقدمهم رئيس الحكومة المقالة إسماعيل هنية. وقال مراسل الجزيرة تامر المسحال إن آلاف الفلسطينيين انتشروا على طول الشوارع التي سيسلكها موكب الأمير، وهم يرفعون الأعلام القطرية للترحيب بالأمير الذي يقدرون عاليا له هذه الزيارة وهذه الشجاعة التاريخية، ويرون أن لها دلالات كبيرة وأنها تجسيد لكسر الحصار على القطاع. وقال المراسل إن الزيارة ستستغرق ست ساعات فقط، مشيرا إلى أن وفودا قطرية ساهمت في التنسيق بشكل كامل لترتيب زيارة الأمير لغزة. وكان القطاع قد شهد على مدى الأيام الماضية استعدادات مكثفة لهذه الزيارة التي وصفها هنية في بيان خاص أمس بأنها تاريخية، داعيا الشعب الفلسطيني في القطاع لإظهار "كرم الضيافة في ترحيبه بضيف غزة الكبير"، في حين رفعت الأعلام القطرية في الطرقات وشوارع القطاع، كما رفعت لافتات تحمل صور الشيخ حمد وأخرى تتحدث عن مشاريع المنحة القطرية لإعمار غزة. الفلسطينيون يرون أن زيارة الأمير شجاعة وتاريخية (الفرنسية) برنامج الزيارة ومن المقرر أن يفتتح أمير قطر اليوم العديد من المشاريع التي تكفلت بها قطر لإعادة إعمار القطاع، بعد الدمار الكبير الذي خلفه العدوان الإسرائيلي على القطاع عام 2008. وفي هذا الإطار يفتتح الأمير مدينة الأمير حمد الإسكانية في خان يونس بالقطاع التي ستؤمن آلاف المساكن للأسر الفلسطينية المتوسطة والمنخفضة الدخل. كما يدشن الأمير العديد من المشاريع القطرية مثل إعادة تعبيد طرق وبنى تحتية، وإنشاء مستشفى، ومشاريع أخرى تهدف للتخفيف من الأعباء التي تثقل كاهل الفلسطينيين بالقطاع. وحسب المراسل فإن الأمير سيلقي كلمة هامة من ملعب فلسطين في القطاع بحضور آلاف الفلسطينيين، حيث يتوقع أن يوجه رسائل هامة من القطاع إلى العالم، كما يزور الأمير الجامعة الإسلامية في القطاع. وتعد هذه الزيارة التي توصف بأنها تاريخية الثانية من أمير قطر للقطاع بعد تلك التي قام بها عام تسعة وتسعين من القرن الماضي، وبين الزيارتين شهدت الأوضاع في غزة تغييرات كبيرة. وكانت قطر قد دعمت المصالحة الوطنية الفلسطينية بين حركتيْ فتح وحماس، واستضافت لقاء في فبراير/شباط الماضي بين الرئيس محمود عباس ورئيس المكتب السياسي لحماس خالد مشعل الذي غادر دمشق واستقر في الدوحة. يذكر أن أمير قطر تحدث هاتفيا أمس لمدة ساعة مع الرئيس عباس، حيث رحب الأخير بزيارة الأمير للقطاع، وطلب منه مواصلة جهوده لتحقيق المصالحة الفلسطينية.

Haniyeh: The visit of Qatar's Emir to Gaza is national day to break the siege

GAZA, (PIC)-- Ismail Haniyeh, the Palestinian Prime Minister, said they had finalized all preparations for the historic visit of the Emir of Qatar, Hamad Bin Khalifa, and his wife, who will be arriving in Gaza Tuesday in a move to break the illegal Israeli siege, and launch the Gaza reconstruction plan.

"Tuesday will be a national day to break the siege and receive an Arab leader in his first visit to Gaza," Haniyeh said on Monday.

Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani is visiting Gaza to inaugurate reconstruction projects worth over $250 million.

Haniyeh stated that this visit came to implement the decision of the Arab League aiming at breaking the Israeli siege, and to start the reconstruction of all buildings and facilities destroyed by the Israeli army during Israel’s repeated wars and assaults targeting the coastal region.

Haniyeh said that his government "is welcoming the visit of Sheikh Hamad to the Gaza Strip on Tuesday," adding that "this visit has many important implications and expresses the great Qatari support to the Palestinian people."

He confirmed the finalization of all preparations for the first visit of a head of state to Gaza since Hamas' electoral success in 2007.

He pointed to the Egyptian arrangements for the prince's reception in Arish airport and then heading to the Rafah crossing, accompanied by an Egyptian minister representing Egypt in his visit to Gaza till his return.

Haniyeh noted that President Mursi confirmed Egypt's readiness to enter all construction materials, and necessary equipment for the reconstruction of Gaza.

Haniyeh thanked Qatar and Egypt that helped ease the suffering of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip caused by Israel’s ongoing assaults, and its siege.

He called on the Palestinian people in Gaza to get out on Tuesday to receive the Prince of Qatar and to thank Qatar and its people.

Haniyeh concluded by saying: "we will hit the wall of the blockade, today in Gaza and tomorrow in Jerusalem, Welcome for the Emir of Qatar on the land of Palestine and the besieged Gaza."

We had this debate in Arabic forum, I wondered why don’t we all go there, why do not Muslim scholars visit Palestine ,and encourage people to do so?? After all we have our holy mosque there, everyone seem to be outraged of the idea, and they seem to think it is a way of recognising Israel state, and there was a big fuss after the visit of Egyptian mufti, I just thought it was a good move but not as single visit.

If all Muslims can visit the holy place, then we will be closer to our holy mosque and help our brothers and sisters, and help the cause. The Arabic corrupted governments think it is not good idea, Israel seem to be welcoming, but I am sure if the visits were from all the Muslim world they will not be very welcoming, and it will cause them to panic, that why we have been fed this lie that if we visit Al-Aqsa we are helping Israel cause.

ya ukhty our countries in the middle east aren't Islamic rather Muslim majority, not Muslim ruled but kaffir ruled. When I follow the Egyptian news I want to pull out my hairs in anger. Everyday they unleash devils and useless vain talk. They make every allowance for kaffirs and not one excuse for Muslims.
Just watching this program of the Emir's visit live, a woman was asking him to free her son from get this Morocco- she said they captured him for Israel because he comes from a terrorist family. If that is how cowardly we're and that's what we believe of our own people because the scum of the earth has so branded us then why so we hold any expectations at all from east or west?
Now is the time for people to stand up to these unjust rulers and say they don't represent us but represent the kaffirs, but how hard is that if in our midst are all sorts of taghut and folks who work for Satan? They call Muslims backwards and medieval while bearing names like Ahamd, they let criminals free through judicial systems such as happened recently when those who killed the people of Tahrir square were let free. So what can we say? we need to get rid of the evil inside first, the same way Abu bakr RA had the wars against the murtads inside before freeing nations outside.

While too much part of Islamic ummah is quiet, then non-muslims, Christians, Jews (some muslims too of course) try to break the siege from sea risking they own lives.

We should be shame as many muslims don´t even know what is situation in Palestine. We have to educate our sisters and brothers in this case too.

Netanyahu threatens war against Gaza as Sheikh Hamad arrives in Gaza

NAZARETH, (PIC)-- Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu reiterated his war threats against Gaza in conjunction with the visit of emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani to the besieged enclave.

In his meeting with Bulgarian president Rosen Plevneliev today in occupied Jerusalem, Netanyahu threatened that Israel would retaliate strongly to the injury of one of its officers, ignoring that his regime always starts its hostilities against Gaza.

Three Palestinians were killed on Monday evening in an Israeli military attack on Gaza, shortly before the Qatari emir arrived in the Strip.

A senior Israeli army officer was moderately wounded on Tuesday morning when a roadside bomb detonated during an incursion east of Khan Younis district to the south of Gaza.

No Palestinian resistance faction claimed responsibility for the explosion, and it could have been caused by Israeli unexploded ordnance.

The incident happened when the Israeli occupation forces invaded this morning, 23/10/2012, the eastern area of Khan Younis city under heavy fire from tanks and military vehicles, the fire targeted Palestinian houses in Qarara village.
