eat something doubtful

today there was audit team at our workplace and we have lunch together at office. i was told the food is vegetarian but i think i had picked wrong burger and later on i see it contain some meat content. now i am so upset and worried what to do... i new to western environment and its first time in my life i ate something that is doubtful. plz if someone can suggest me what i can do now.

Might be that burger contains haram meat. But you cannot do anything to change what has been passed.

Just more carefully before you eat, since now.
