As Salaam Alaikum I believe that a bad person evil or an enemy should be judged by his actions not his skin color or race it is not a person's state of color that makes them bad it is their state of mind ther actions their heart. I am color blind when it comes to this. I believe George Bush Tony Blair and Bill Clinton among other Political Leaders and Politicans are not bad because of their skin color or race it is their actions their mind set that I judge them by these 3 Politicans are all White Men but this does not mean all White People are bad or guilty or evil because there are bad White Politicans Obama is Black but I don't dislike Obama because he is Black i dislike his actions. If I dislike someone from the Political Elite it has nothing to do with Racism. Hitler was a White Man but him being White did not make him bad it was his actions my question is would Islam agree with my views on this or opinions thank you ?

Prophet Muhammad's Last Sermon
Date delivered
: 632 A.C., 9th day of Dhul al Hijjah, 10 A.H. in the 'Uranah valley of Mount Arafat.

All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab
has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an
Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black nor a black has any
superiority over white except by piety and good action.
Learn that every
Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one
brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow
Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not, therefore, do injustice
to yourselves.

Fard claimed that Prophet Muhammad of Arabia was a white skinned Arab and that he was the best example for all mankind, emphasizing to his followers that The Holy Qu'ran and the life of Prophet Muhammad must be studied. He gave Elijah a reading and study assignment upon his departure to prepare him for his mission. According to Elijah's book "Message to the Black Man in America," Fard instructed him to find 104 books, most of which were about the history of Islam and the life of Prophet Muhammad. Elijah located most of the books in the Library of Congress. Fard also taught his followers that his own mother was a white woman from the Caucasus Mountains and that she was a righteous Muslim woman. Fard's lessons teach that it was not the color of one's skin that makes them evil, but that the evil devilishment that Yakub taught made people weak and wicked.

I completely agree with your post. No individual should be judged by their appearance (e.g skin color), rather as you said, they should be judged by the things they did and are doing. As for your 2nd reply about Satan, I don't have knowledge on this topic, but hopefully others will help you out with this issue.

I agree a person's skin color or race is not a choice you don't choose what color you are born with.

Does this statement not apply to Muslim too?
Should we not go further and judge ALL people by their actions rather than their skin colour?

That's something you should have learned from the content of the post if you've read past the title- or did you want reiteration to something right there before your eyes?

best,

best,
I suppose it's a question for truthseeker.
The post he posted suggests that the statement applies to both non-Muslims and Muslims.

Which left me wondering why the thread is titled "An enemy should be judged by his actions not his skin color"?
I am sometimes interested why we have a tendency to differentiate between 'us' and 'our enemies' - when really we should judge and treat everybody by the same merit ...
(So I guess you are right - I am picking up a point and reiterating it. I hope that's okay:))

Perhaps truthseeker can reply if he has the time and inclination. No pressure. :)
BTW, truthseeker, I really like the sentiment of your OP.

Yes Muslim or Political Leaders claiming to be Muslims can be bad too look at all the Secular Leaders in Muslim Majority Nations in history and today.

Gamal Abdel Nasser was a Secular Dictator as was

Anwar Sadat among others the Shah of Iran Im sure claimed to be a Muslim a Shia Muslim like Anwar Sadat claimed to be Sunni Muslim but in my view these leaders are traitors to Muslims and Islam they are guilty of treason even apostasy also saddam hussein was a Secular Socialist Dictator as was Gamal Abdel Nasser and Muammar Gaddafi these were Western backed or allied Dictators the Shah of Iran voted for Israel's right to exist he traded with Israel America and Britain the Shah was allied with the West and Israel so the Leader of Syria Bashar al-Assad is Secular and the Saudi Royal Family is allied with the West as is Jordan's Royal Family I heard a Royal Family is haram in Sharia thereor Im not only saying Leaders claiming to be Non Muslims are bad look at how Secular my question is is only Muslim Majority Nation today any of the 57 Nations do any of these Muslim Nations have true Sharia or do they only have Sharia in name only Lebanon is Secular too because of Western Imperialism ?

The process of secularization in Lebanon began under the French mandate in the 1920s and went on continuously under different governments since the independence.

If the title changed into "anyone should be judged by action, not by skin color" ........ sound better isn't it?.
