about thahajjud prayer

assalam alaikom brother ALLAH SWT says in the Quran anybody in there to ask anything that I will grant anybody in there to ask my forgive ness that I will forgive at the thahajjud prayer as far as hadith Quran mentioned ALLAH SWT comes to the lowest heaven at the thahajjud prayer but I studied it for an Hour time that ALLAH stays at the lowest Heaven ,does it right or ALLAH stays at the lowest heaven until before Fajr prayer adhan called because thajjud starts at Last part of the night if I awake before 30minutes of fajr adhan then till Allah stays in the lowest heaven to listen us or its only for an hour ...please brother clarify doubt

Recommended time for Tahajjud Tahajjud may be performed in the early part of the night, the middle part of the night, or the latter part of the night, but after the obligatory salatul `Isha’ (Evening prayer).

...The time of Tahajjud (Qiyam al-lail) starts after obligatory prayer of Isha and extends till dawn. There is no specific time for this prayer so it may be performed at any time of night but the preferred time is the last third of the night.
