Its back on again. Probably important power lines were cut or destroyed because of the war or it was a attack coming from the outside. remember cyber-war is in full swing, stuxnet, Ddos attacks, rings a bell.

You have to keep in mind that the greatest weapon is the control of information and do not forget Bashar al-Assad is a man who blocked primary sites that transfer information such as Youtube and Facebook. The events in SYria will naturally play out by the usage of all weapons both whose purpose is to choke Syrians into submission to the government again
