Revealing Nikah

Assalam o Alaikum...
I have a Friend. She had done Nikah before 2 years. without the consent of her parents.
Because her parents did not agreed for that man. as for some matters,
Now as she had done Nikah, she is repenting so much for her that huge mistake. she is too much worried only because she has hidden many things from them. She has now decided to tell them the truth, but she is mcuh confused how to tell.
can u guys help her out by giving any good and safe ideas so that she can disclose it???
