Do you know about any Islamic charities that are known for honesty, reliability and cost-efficiency? I have a large zakah payment coming up and I'd need to know how I can put it to the best use.

The two I know best so far are MuslimAid and Islamic-Relief, but are they any good?

Human Aid, they operate on a 100% donation policy. As well as Ummah Welfare Trust.

Without a doubt - Ummah Welfare Trust. Which other charity that you know has 100% donation policy? The admin costs come out of their own pockets. Our donations go 100% to the causes one intends to pay towards.
