About the course
Stress is a common state in our busy fast-paced lives while anger is a strong response to something we severely dislike.
"Right" anger and "optimum" stress provide the balance necessary for a normal life, but out of control, they can break relationships; ruin lives and cause severe depression.
This one day course course will teach us how to understand the causes, consequences and cures for anger and stress according to the Qur'an and Sunnah.
This event is co-hosted by Al-Salam Institute and Cambridge Islamic Sciences Seminars as part of the Islamic Psychology Series.
Alongside Shaykh Akram Nadwi we will also have Dr Muhammad Zeyn Green-Thompson a medical doctor and a psychiatrist (NHS Consultant) to provide us insights from a medical perspective.
