As Salamu Alaikum my question is where do Islamic Texts Quran/Hadiths say Fornication is Haram and or a Sin or a Major Sin and Evil and Sexuality Immoral ? Im asking about Fornication which is defined as UnMarried People having Sex with each other Outside of Marriage which can be punished in an Islamic State with 100 Lashes I am not asking about Adultery which is also Zina like Fornication is thank you by the way I know in the Bible Old Testament/New Testament Fornication is called a Sin this is what Jews and Christians that I talked to say about Judaism Christianity therefor not only Islam says this.

just google it and you will pretty much get what your looking for.

basically its said to be a depravity of behavior and the wrong way to act.

and also has been a deciding factor in the judgement of previous peoples... judgement being its a major sin.(going down)

anyway it would seem counter intuitive based solely on the physical world.

but muslims believe in an afterlife. it is a defining pillar of the religion.

it is a very hard concept to keep hold of.

the quran also mentions desire in general or personal desire as a misguidance.

Allah stated in His Book:

4:24 Also (prohibited are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess: Thus hath Allah ordained (Prohibitions) against you: Except for these, all others are lawful, provided ye seek (them in marriage) with gifts from your property,- desiring chastity, not lust, seeing that ye derive benefit from them, give them their dowers (at least) as prescribed; but if, after a dower is prescribed, agree Mutually (to vary it), there is no blame on you, and Allah is All-knowing, All-wise.
4:25 If any of you have not the means wherewith to wed free believing women, they may wed believing girls from among those whom your right hands possess: And Allah hath full knowledge about your faith. Ye are one from another: Wed them with the leave of their owners, and give them their dowers, according to what is reasonable: They should be chaste, not lustful, nor taking paramours: when they are taken in wedlock, if they fall into shame, their punishment is half that for free women. This (permission) is for those among you who fear sin; but it is better for you that ye practise self-restraint. And Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

5:5 This day are (all) things good and pure made lawful unto you. The food of the People of the Book is lawful unto you and yours is lawful unto them. (Lawful unto you in marriage) are (not only) chaste women who are believers, but chaste women among the People of the Book, revealed before your time,- when ye give them their due dowers, and desire chastity, not lewdness, nor secret intrigues if any one rejects faith, fruitless is his work, and in the Hereafter he will be in the ranks of those who have lost (all spiritual good).

24:2 The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication,- flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if ye believe in Allah and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment.
24:3 Let no man guilty of adultery or fornication marry and but a woman similarly guilty, or an Unbeliever: nor let any but such a man or an Unbeliever marry such a woman: to the Believers such a thing is forbidden.
24:4 And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegations),- flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors;-
24:5 Unless they repent thereafter and mend (their conduct); for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

24:30 Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: And Allah is well acquainted with all that they do.
24:31And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards Allah, that ye may attain Bliss.

-Most forget that the two verses here speak of both men and women. Both sides have a duty towards each other.

24:33 Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allah gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing (to enable them to earn their freedom for a certain sum), give them such a deed if ye know any good in them: yea, give them something yourselves out of the means which Allah has given to you. But force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life. But if anyone compels them, yet, after such compulsion, is Allah, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them),

23:5 Who abstain from sex,
23:6 Except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or (the captives) whom their right hands possess,- for (in their case) they are free from blame,
23:7 But those whose desires exceed those limits are transgressors;-

25:68 Those who invoke not, with Allah, any other god, nor slay such life as Allah has made sacred except for just cause, nor commit fornication; - and any that does this (not only) meets punishment.

17:32 Nor come nigh to adultery: for it is a shameful (deed) and an evil, opening the road (to other evils).

70:29 And those who guard their chastity,
70:30 Except with their wives and the (captives) whom their right hands possess,- for (then) they are not to be blamed,
70:31 But those who trespass beyond this are transgressors;-

I know you didn't ask about adultery, but I figured this topic required being thorough. The Ahadith are very numerous on this issue, if you are still not satisfied with this, I can continue posting up Ahadith in great numbers for you if you are unsure still about what the Islamic texts say. I think the Holy Qur'an makes things clear, it forbids unchaste behavior before marriage, transgression during marital ties and prostitution.

Even during marriage sexuality should be limited, and things such as refraining from being fully nude in front of anyone is a good Sunnah as well - that means avoiding being nude in front of one's wife. Islam is about keeping full control over our self. This is why during Ramadan wives and husbands abstain from each other during Ramadan:

2:183 O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may (learn) self-restraint,-

2:187 Permitted to you, on the night of the fasts, is the approach to your wives. They are your garments and ye are their garments. Allah knoweth what ye used to do secretly among yourselves; but He turned to you and forgave you; so now associate with them, and seek what Allah Hath ordained for you, and eat and drink, until the white thread of dawn appear to you distinct from its black thread; then complete your fast Till the night appears; but do not associate with your wives while ye are in retreat in the mosques. Those are Limits (set by) Allah: Approach not nigh thereto. Thus doth Allah make clear His Signs to men: that they may learn self-restraint.

Another important point in this verse is I'tikaf, which is ten days of full abstention. Again, self-control. This is a very important and key issue here.

As Salaam Alaikum Ahmad H are you saying that it is haram for a husband and wife to be naked or fully nude when having sex if they want to or choose to ?

Even during marriage sexuality should be limited, and things such as refraining from being fully nude in front of anyone is a good Sunnah as well - that means avoiding being nude in front of one's wife. Islam is about keeping full control over our self. This is why during Ramadan wives and husbands abstain from each other during Ramadan:

Not Haram. It is better not to be fully naked. The Qur'an allows it, and the Sunnah tells us that the practice of the Holy Prophet (saw) was that he refrained from doing so, and so did his wives. There is a Hadith from Hazrat Ayesha (ra) to that effect. I'll see if I can find it.
