Best Exercise is Walking!!

A lot of 'walking away' will make a Huge difference in your life.

'Walk away' from arguments that lead u to anger and nowhere.

'Walk away' from people who deliberately put u down.

'Walk away' from any thought that reduces ur worth.

'Walk away' from the failures and fears that stifle ur dreams.

The more u 'walk away' from things that poison ur soul, the happier ur life will be.

Practice
'Walking'
towards Happiness.🌹

Spiritual exercise... good one. Sometimes it's hard to walk away. At times I wish I could run away!

Perhaps it won't be happiness that you are walking to, but definitely not into aggravation.
