I'm getting pretty scared that Allah denies my prayers, and has displease for me. I always have these bad thoughts (such as those Islamaphobic comments keep ringing in my head) and I seem to feel like Allah doesn't care if I end up under the Shaytan.
So is there any signs that Allah is pleased with me? Like any signs that my prayers are being accepted? I want to know so badly!

Asalamualykum,

You should have a read of this thread regarding the whispering's of the shaytaan.

Please visit; http://www.islamicboard.com/advice-a...s-feeling.html

In general, people who are afflicted with many trials and tribulations are the most closest to Allah swt. If you experience many problems in this world, it could be a blessing from Allah swt, to purify you from your sins; (so you're saved from punishment in the next life), to allow you to appreciate the good times, to increase your emaan and so on.

If you read about the life of our Prophet SAW, you will easily be able to identify the many many pains and hardship he SAW, went through and, our Prophet SAW, was the MOST beloved to Allah swt.

So this is one of the signs.

Assalamualykum.

The fact that you getting those thoughts is an indication that Allah loves you. Those thoughts is the devils way of getting you to stop the good you doing. There are too many narration where prophet Mohammed صلي الله عليه و سلم spoke about the love Allah has for his servants, never should we lose hope or become despondent.

When overcome by those thoughts immediately recite

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم

And

لا حول و لا قوة إلا بالله

Jazakallah khair, Request duaas

When I first read this hadith I was surprised. Even some of the Sahaba had waswas.

Some of the Sahaabah complained about the waswaas that was bothering them. Some of the companions of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and said to him, ‘We find in ourselves thoughts that are too terrible to speak of.’ He said, ‘Are you really having such thoughts?’ They said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘That is a clear sign of faith.’” (Narrated by Muslim).

Make sure you read the links by Sis BeTheChange :ia:.

I don't have much to offer, but what has always helped me was to see the good in the bad and to learn the value of being patient. Surround yourself around people who you think will make you happy and/or help strengthen your iman. You watch or hear something from an islamophobe? Go watch, listen or read something from someone who knows the religion. When you drive to work, listen to some youtube videos or something. Keep your brain saturated with the deen and to always have positive thoughts. Inshallah this has some meaning for you.

Salam alaykum

When you feel lost, sit down and write to paper what kind of blessings you have already got from Allah. Like for example: you have home to live, you have food to eat, you can breath fresh air, you can see the sun - you also know how to write and read, so you have been able to get education. All of them are the blessings you have got. Also many of them are the things your might not never ever even asked in your prayers. Many in this world haven´t even those simple things you have already got.
