The Prophet's Gift

Whenever the Prophet’s ( :saws: ) followers reaped their first harvest, they brought early, fresh fruits to him. Then he would distribute them among those who sat around him. One morning, a poor man brought one fruit from his small farm and gave it to the Prophet (:saws: )

The Prophet accepted the gift, tasted it and then went on eating it alone while the companions watched. One of those present meekly said,

“O Prophet of Allah, have you overlooked the right of those who watch while you eat?”

The Prophet smiled and waited till the man who had brought the fruit had gone. Then he said,

“I tasted the fruit and it was not yet ripe. Had I allowed you to have some of it, someone would have definitely shown his distaste, thus disappointing the poor man who brought this gift. Rather than make him feel bitter, I accepted the bitterness.”
Request to my Brothers and Sisters, if you liked this than please send Durood on Nabi ( :saws: ). Remember if you send blessings on Mohammad (:saws:) Allah Most High sends blessing to you tenfold. The ones closest to Mohammad(SAW) are the ones who send blessings on him Most. Details here:

When I saw his light shining forth,
In fear I covered my eyes with my palms,
Afraid for my sight because of the beauty of his form.
So I was scarcely able to look at him at all.
The lights from his light are drowned in his light
and his faces shines out like the sun and moon in one.
A spirit of light lodged in a body like the moon,
a mantle made up of brilliant shining stars.
I bore it until I could bear it no longer.
I found the taste of patience to be like bitter aloes.
I could find no remedy to bring me relief
other than delighting in the sight of the one I love.
Even if he had not brought any clear signs with him,
the sight of him would dispense with the need for them.
Muhammad is a human being but not like other human beings.
Rather he is a flawless diamond and the rest of mankind is just stones.
Blessings be on him so that perhaps Allah may have mercy on us
on that burning Day when the Fire is roaring forth its sparks.

He :saws: was born on Monday... a day not known for being a blessed day. Allah Most High chose this day so that people do not associate Allah's blessings on Mohammad ( :Saws: ) due to the blessings of that day. Rather Monday was blessed due to his birth on that day. He has already reached an undisputed rank. It is not the poem that makes him great rather the poem is made great due to mentioning him.
